外部環境好，客房的衞生一般，餐飲味道不錯！

温泉很小很小，而且是不是温泉也不知道。
吃飯昂貴隨便炒兩三個菜兩三百。
早餐麪條還行，跟一般的酒店差不多。
可以免費停車，周圍的動物也沒看到，希望不要被酒店封面照片給騙了。
遊覽景區最後出來不要坐船，兩三百米20元一個人。

在景點大門口 售票廳旁邊 早上要進溝的確實很方便，周圍沒有餐館衹好在酒店餐廳吃，味道還是不錯的，牛肉湯鍋挺好吃，有燒烤花樣不多，吃不下了就沒點，就是價格貴了點，獨家經營沒辦法，車衹能停景區大門口的地面停車場，酒店會給免費停車票，房間設施還是不錯，就是洗澡的時候衣服不太好掛，有兩個室外温泉池 天氣太熱沒去泡。今年鴿子花開得早 五一基本上都掉得差不多了。

房間衞生也不行，廁所門壞了，窗簾掉一個角。空調聲音巨大，根本睡不着。説是早上十點到晚上十點都可以泡温泉 結果第二天説是半夜斷電了，水不熱，需要等到十二點才行。期間也沒有工作人員聯繫我們説這個事情，是我們自己去找前台溝通，前台服務態度特別不好，讓我們十二點必須退房。退房了還泡個屁的温泉。大過年的，真鬱悶。

酒店很不錯，特別選了這個可以在雪山裡泡温泉的酒店。我們下午到的，一邊泡温泉，一邊玩冰雪。温泉就在樓下，很近，走過去不覺得冷，周邊是大雪覆蓋的森林。酒店不算大，温泉里人不擠，感覺很好。酒店也是新裝修過的，設施配套都很好。成都到酒店很便捷，高速2個半小時就到了，酒店門口就是龍蒼溝景區，第二天就進景區看雪了。

酒店服務特別貼心，會提前打電話確認入住時間給我們把房間空調打開，一打開房門就感覺特別温暖。酒店的湯鍋味道也不錯，最主要是小朋友温泉耍水耍得很開心，説的下次還要來。景點也是很值得一去，對於老年人和小孩來説都能夠輕鬆駕馭，希望以後景點能被更多的人知悉。
