You will really enjoy to stay here. No one here cannot speak English, but their service is extremely great. And, I can use washing machine in my room for cleaning my clothes.

They demonstrated what the excellent service is. So sweet when seeing a warm message left from the housekeeper. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful to make you feel really welcomed. They always did more than expected. When checkout, a gift bag with fruit and local snacks was prepared for us. Really enjoyed our stay and highy recommended.

This hotel is a decent option if you’re staying in Yining. The decor is a quite dated - very 90s feel - could probably do with a refurb/update, but it’s fine. Service was excellent - reception extremely helpful, and nice little gifts left in the room, giving the place a really warm homely feel. Location is good, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.

J Hotel is clean and sanitary, with no odor at all. It is very close to the scenic area and the key service is very considerate. I like staying here. The room is also very quiet and comfortable. It is worth recommending next time.
