However, the coffee and breakfast at the hotel front desk and the laundry room are plus points. In short, I feel that there are many areas that need improvement.

Facilities: I don't know if it's because of the floor heating or something else, but it's not very warm. It would be better to turn on the air conditioner. I want to say something special about the water. It's not suitable for taking a bath. It's so small and warm that you'll catch a cold if you take a bath. The breakfast is quite rich and good.

It is impossible for customers to look for trouble for no reason when they come to check into the hotel. It is understandable if there is only a small stain, but it cannot be seen, but can such a big stain be invisible? The attitude towards solving the problem is also extremely poor.
