Exceptional stay! The hotel is spotless, with top-notch amenities and a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to help. Every detail is well thought out—truly a perfect experience from check-in to check-out!

The room size that I booked mentioned around 32-35 sq meters but the room in real look like 20-25 sq meters. Overall is good.

伊寧火車站附近的酒店，位置好，走路10分鐘到酒店。夜裡十點半左右到達，工作人員用很多時間建議客人購買¥49的會員，拒絕後分配在工作區域最近的房間，因煙味較濃，申請換一間，結果又給了一間最靠清潔衞生區域的房間，早上仔仔細細看一圈，還有位置安靜的空房。這工作人員的心態，希望今後和善一點對待其他客户。我是不選擇再住了。

海友酒店位置極佳，就在伊寧火車站對面，交通非常方便。房間很大，乾淨，安靜，舒適。酒店服務人員態度極好，讓異鄉客遊有賓至如歸之感。特別要感謝酒店服務員工孜亞，對於客人離店近一個月後提出的一些個性化需求非常耐心，一一滿足。給孜亞點一個大大的贊！

酒店離車站非常近。周圍全是各種飯館，超市。走路就可以去一嗨取車。選擇挨着大樓的那側不會吵。酒店隔音很好。走廊説話。隔壁房間説話都是聽不到的。早餐9點之前是水煎包3個雞蛋1個一份粥。9點之後是肯德基帕尼尼。對了有一點需要注意。酒店淋浴的冷熱水是安反了。希望辦入住時候提前告訴大家
