This hotel is NOT in the CBD area, so a bit far if you want to travel around the famous places, like 20 mins by taxi or 50 mins by bus. Services were great, staff members were very friendly and helpful. Some facilities were old, especially the shower. It's good value for money

大概住了個假錦江吧？除了房間大點一無可取。房間牆面棚頂都是粘過汽球的膠印，床頭一層灰、床背景後有沒清醒過的煙紙、地面上衞生間沒打掃凈的頭髮、早餐離結速時間還有半小時就沒什麼食物了，而且有位男服務員表示不會再添，説酒店按每位顧客收的早餐費用錢給他們承包的才15塊錢，他們是賠錢的，好笑，這跟顧客有關係嗎？賠不賠錢的去跟酒店溝通，為什麼這麼敷衍顧客啊？後幾張都是餐廳
衞生情況，洗碗就在客人旁邊，衞生實在太差勁了！

前台小姐姐超級温柔，本來定的標間，標間沒有了，免費升級成大床房，房間乾淨無異味，簡約大方又整齊，貼心的茶葉和咖啡為伊犁的夜色增添不少令人留念的香味，服務態度很棒，很喜歡這種風格

服務比較差，早上在洗漱的時候突然停電了，然後看樓道里燈都亮着。退房的時候跟前台反饋，前台居然很理直氣壯的説確實停電了。。。這種事情不是最起碼説個抱歉啥的吧。。。無語，第一次碰到會停電的酒店。。。
然後酒店的電視打不開，研究半天放棄了。
馬桶很小，馬桶圈比馬桶小出一圈，比較不衞生，且沒有一次性馬桶墊，介意的人還是別訂了
