The water was full from the back of the foot to the ankle. It was simply drunk. The design of the hotel is extremely unfriendly to families with children, from the "sharp corners" at the entrance to the "sharp corners" in the corridor to the "sharp corners" that my own children fell and hit when sleeping on the bed! ! ! It's really infuriating! The above is one of them. What's even more incredible is that trams are becoming more and more popular. The hotel has only four charging piles, which are very rare. We called the hotel when we were dining out to ask if there was a vacancy, we would drive back to charge, and if there was no parking space, we would find another place. The other party replied to us, "How can I help you see if there is a vacancy in the office?" ! ! ! ! I was furious at the time, but reason prevented me from saying anything unpleasant! Finally, the call was transferred to the front desk, whose attitude was also extremely bad. We strongly demanded that person! Find out which "office worker" she was! Before we left, we reported the above situation to the lobby manager, and the feedback was also very sloppy, without the professional way of hotel management. In short, this hotel is far from chain hotels, from the front desk lobby to the internal staff. Please be cautious if you need to stay! ! Please don't choose this hotel if you have children! !

Parking is very convenient, and there are charging stations, but compared to the four-star label, the service is very average. I asked for a quiet room, but they arranged it directly at the elevator entrance. I was woken up at 6 o'clock in the morning. The welcome fruit promised by the platform was not there. It's all details. I called the front desk twice to do something, but I waited for two hours and no one came to do it. Later, I went downstairs and met someone who should be the lobby manager. I talked to him and he did it immediately. In addition, the hotel is relatively new and simple in style. I personally feel that the smell is still obvious; the hygiene is satisfactory; the sound insulation is very average; the shower water in the bathroom is very small. Overall, the experience is poor. I hope the hotel will improve in the future and get better and better.

The hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel has good sound insulation and I had a good sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style. It has four-star quality but some minor flaws. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated into three parts, and there is an independent bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, instead there is a hanging hanger, and the room layout is still a bit compact. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the variety is enough, and the taste is good. I don't know why the hotel corridors and rooms have a milky smell 😂 haha

To be honest, the experience was not good. For many years, hotels did not require a deposit, and there was no room inspection upon check-out. This hotel not only collected a deposit, but also did not actively refund the deposit after check-out. After asking, they also asked if the playing cards in the room had been opened. It gave me a very bad feeling!
