However, after a three-day, two-night stay, there are some significant downsides I have to mention: 1) For a room costing around 1000 RMB, there's no bathtub, yet the hallway is ridiculously wide. Couldn't they have used that saved space to add a bathtub to the room? 2) The hotel is positioned as a resort between a valley and a reservoir, but from the room window, you can see neither mountains nor water, only the hallway. Where's the resort feel in that? 3) The hotel/scenic area provides shuttle buses, but they are very infrequent. You always have to call and wait a long time for a ride, and the bus stop locations are also very inconvenient, making getting around extremely difficult. 4) The hotel has a lot of large, wasted spaces. Going to the restaurant or the swimming pool is a long walk, and you have to go through outdoor areas, which is extremely inconvenient in summer, winter, or on rainy days. 5) The hotel offers butler service, and a butler will add you on WeChat. However, I suspect they are understaffed and not adequately trained, as responses are very slow, problem-solving isn't proactive, and they never actively check on guests' needs. The overall service feels very sluggish. 6) We went to watch the water show at night, and the shuttle bus was at a different location, which no one told us about. After finally getting on the bus, it only took us to a spot far from the show venue. Then, after finally reaching the entrance, we were told the gate was closed and we had to take a long detour (over 15 minutes) to get in, causing us to completely miss the performance. It was absolutely ridiculous."
