"This time, friends and I planned a trip to Jiangsu and Zhejiang, with Yixing as our first stop. We booked the Hampton by Hilton Yixing People's Middle Road on Trip.com. We usually book our trips on Trip.com and mostly choose Hilton-旗下 (Hilton-brand) hotels. We were very satisfied with the service and environment at this Hilton. The front desk service, in particular, was warm and meticulous. The hotel provided refreshments like tremella soup and cookies. The staff were very enthusiastic in telling us about the local area. The hotel room's cleanliness and decor were also excellent. I highly recommend Hilton hotels."

"An excellent hotel in every aspect. Great location, clean rooms, and a very comfortable bed. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep. Great value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Five stars all around!"

They even had birthday decorations and a birthday cake. The shuttle bus to the scenic area ran frequently. Yao Lake Town was a lot of fun, I'll definitely come again!"

"We booked a family room, which was very large and comfortable. There was an amusement park next to it, which was a bit noisy at night. I called the customer service and asked them to help me deal with it. Because the rooms were full during the May Day holiday, a very good customer service representative (whose name I forgot) managed to change us to a lake view room the next day, which was not noisy at night. My daughter went to the hot spring twice, and the waiters there were very kind, answering all questions and providing thoughtful service. We made a purple clay teapot for the May Day activity, and the children were very happy. When we checked out, Sister Wei Wen gave us a small gift for our baby. My daughter said that the review must be given five stars to be worthy of it."

"Our butler, Leo, was like an old friend who knows the ropes. He contacted us when we booked to ask what we needed and sent us precise location details. When our car got close, a shuttle bus was already waiting to pick us up. Check-in was quick and easy, and he even gave us a hand-drawn map, meticulously marking where to see the lake and go for a walk. The room was clean and comfortable, right by the lake. The best part was the evening; we didn't have to fight the crowds. We just relaxed on the balcony and had a private view of the light show and fireworks. The sky full of fireworks reflecting on the lake was perfectly romantic. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and breakfast was abundant. Both the facilities and service were top-notch; it's a great place to steal a moment of leisure."

"We stayed here for two nights in Yixing. It was very convenient to every tourist attraction. The location is great, the breakfast was good, and the twin room was quite spacious. I originally wanted to change rooms because it was next to the restaurant on the second floor, but the front desk was very helpful and helped me adjust. In the end, my daughter wanted to have breakfast next to the restaurant, which was very convenient! The front desk was very good and accommodating!"
