"I specifically chose a Marriott-affiliated hotel for the May Day holiday. I booked a double room but it only came with one breakfast, though the front desk staff was very kind and gave me an extra one. However, perhaps because it was May Day, there were a lot of people for breakfast and nothing really stood out. I waited in line for noodles for half an hour, and by then, all the toppings were gone 😞. For food delivery, you have to go down to the lobby to pick it up yourself. It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, with a somewhat American style. The lobby is quite grand, but I found the lighting in the room a bit dim. When I returned to my room at night, I immediately felt a bit strained on my eyes. It would be great if it were a little brighter."

"First, let's talk about the positives: The overall facilities at Yaohu Town are quite good. The front desk staff is professional, and the food, while not amazing, is decent. It's understandable that some activities were canceled due to the typhoon. The scenic area's decor and performances show that the operators are genuinely trying to make the town a great place. However, after a three-day, two-night stay, there are some significant downsides I have to mention: 1) For a room costing around 1000 RMB, there's no bathtub, yet the hallway is ridiculously wide. Couldn't they have used that saved space to add a bathtub to the room? 2) The hotel is positioned as a resort between a valley and a reservoir, but from the room window, you can see neither mountains nor water, only the hallway. Where's the resort feel in that? 3) The hotel/scenic area provides shuttle buses, but they are very infrequent. You always have to call and wait a long time for a ride, and the bus stop locations are also very inconvenient, making getting around extremely difficult. 4) The hotel has a lot of large, wasted spaces. Going to the restaurant or the swimming pool is a long walk, and you have to go through outdoor areas, which is extremely inconvenient in summer, winter, or on rainy days. 5) The hotel offers butler service, and a butler will add you on WeChat. However, I suspect they are understaffed and not adequately trained, as responses are very slow, problem-solving isn't proactive, and they never actively check on guests' needs. The overall service feels very sluggish. 6) We went to watch the water show at night, and the shuttle bus was at a different location, which no one told us about. After finally getting on the bus, it only took us to a spot far from the show venue. Then, after finally reaching the entrance, we were told the gate was closed and we had to take a long detour (over 15 minutes) to get in, causing us to completely miss the performance. It was absolutely ridiculous."

"Perfect stay experience beyond expectation, highly recommended! This stay at Yixing New Century Grand Hotel is perfect, impressive from details to service! Environment and facilities: The hotel is elegantly designed, the lobby is full of art, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the supplies are complete. I especially like the floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow you to take in the beautiful city. The air conditioner is silent, and you can sleep well without being disturbed. Service quality: The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They quickly checked in and upgraded the room type. The room response speed is very fast, and an extra set of towels is delivered within 5 minutes. The snacks for the night bed service every day are even more surprising!"

He immediately offered assistance to our elderly relative with mobility issues, providing help with carrying heavy loads and guiding us through the area, offering assistance without requiring us to ask. He patiently answered any travel-related questions, providing detailed information on nearby attractions and travel precautions, demonstrating his thoughtful consideration. This fully demonstrated the excellent professionalism of the hotel staff. The high-quality environment combined with the attentive service made for a perfect stay, offering exceptional value for money. I highly recommend Yixing Grand Hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next stay."

I initially thought it was just a themed design, but it turned out to be a converted real train carriage, complete with tracks and a carriage on the exterior, while the interior was cozy and comfortable. The kids were screaming with excitement! The room was fully equipped, even featuring a balcony and a soaking tub – a truly exceptional experience. The hotel boasts stunning mountain and lake views, nestled against Baima Mountain and facing Yangxian Lake. The scenery is breathtaking; every shot is a masterpiece, far surpassing many scenic spots. We had a wonderful time here with friends. The air was fresh, the environment tranquil, and every corner was picturesque. Perfect for families and vacations, highly recommended! You absolutely must try the train room – it's unforgettable!"

What impressed me most after checking in was the attention to detail – the coffee machine, Dyson hairdryer, and fully automatic curtains in the room were all excellent. Thanks to Leo for arranging a room with a relatively good view for us. I especially want to thank him; we originally wanted to buy a birthday cake for our elderly relative, but after mentioning it to Leo, he gave us one as a gift – very thoughtful. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I highly recommend it."

With a significant temperature drop across the country in mid-December, we wanted a hotel with hot springs. After comparing many hotels in the area, we finally chose Futao Hot Spring Hotel. Location: Besides its excellent value for money, the key advantage is its superb location. It's within a 20-minute drive of attractions like Nanshan Bamboo Sea, Shanjuan Cave, Yaohu Town, and Tao Erchang in Liyang. Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful, built against the mountains, with the main entrance facing the lake. The scenery is pleasant and the air is fresh. Parking: Parking is very convenient; there's plenty of parking available. Facilities: The rooms are a bit old, but very clean. We booked Lake View Room A. Our child is still young, so soaking in the bathtub was very comfortable! The surrounding environment is great, built against the mountains, and the scenery is beautiful even just a short walk away. Parking: Parking is very convenient; there's plenty of parking available. Room View: We booked a lake view room, which was stunning, directly facing the lake and mountains. Restaurant: The restaurant offers dine-in service. We ordered some dishes and were very satisfied. The food was delicious, especially the fish head soup."

"This is the second time I've stayed here. I stayed with two people before. I thought the hotel environment was good, so I brought my baby and my parents this time and booked two rooms for two nights. The housekeeper Xiao Xu called in advance to communicate and said that the hot spring was relatively free during my booking period, and I could upgrade it to a private hot spring for free. Later, he helped to upgrade it to a suite. He told me that I was traveling with a baby, and he also thoughtfully prepared a baby bed and a quilt. The service was great! "A fantastic experience for our early summer getaway with my bestie! They offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, and the service started even before our arrival. We stayed in a villa, perfect for three adults and two children, with two spacious bedrooms and a large living room. The private hot spring was a huge hit with the kids. The hotel also boasts a large activity area with many small animals, and you can get around everywhere via shuttle bus. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Ms. Xiao Lei; her service was incredibly attentive, and she responded quickly to all our questions. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance."

When I first arrived, the hotel staff greeted me very warmly and even upgraded me to a room type! The housekeepers Shi Feng and Xiao Ping were very considerate and provided attentive and meticulous service, making me feel at home~ Since the hotel is still in a relatively new stage, there is still room for improvement - looking forward to better development!"
