Nice hotel for the price and star rating is real unlike some other ones on trip.com. I would stay here again. It is slightly outside the main shopping or food area, but there are a few restaurants near by. The room is clean and bright and size was nice. We got a free upgrade and they even give you a small gift of snacks on the way out.

這家酒店真的超出預期！從進門開始就感受到了貼心服務，前台027辦理入住超快。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一覺睡到天亮。地理位置也方便，出門逛街吃飯都近，下次來還住這！

維也納的枕頭和床墊真的一如既往的不失水準，很是舒適，連家中的枕頭都替換成了小程序裏的同款。很久沒來宜興，前台18號的妹妹服務真是沒得説，還貼心的準備了取電卡和冰水。另外還值得一提的是，餐廳裏阿姨煮的麪條，口味相當不錯。必須全部五星好評！

房間乾淨衞生、整潔，房間面積寬敞舒適，各個角落都很乾凈，同時熱水也比較大，空調冷氣足。停車也很方便，特別感謝前台16號叫小宿的美女態度很熱情 周到，送了早餐券，還幫助推薦周邊不錯的餐飲，給了我們一場不錯的入住體驗！維也納下次還來。

1、服務態度真好，小姐姐人美聲甜又温柔，工號018，特別點個贊，看我們有小朋友還送了小朋友的拖鞋牙具，送了礦泉水，早餐券，非常貼心。早餐的服務員阿姨也很好，很温柔，早餐品種挺多的，吃的飽飽的。2、我們是個雙人房，房間很大很寬敞，床是1.5的，一大一小住很寬敞，床很軟很舒適，整個房間也很乾凈，空調很給力。3、地理位置不錯，周邊餐飲很多，晚飯後可以散步去逛逛步行街看看公園的夜景。4、宜興是個寶藏地方，值得一來。

第一次到宜興，酒店房間乾淨整潔，前台16號服務熱情周到，在炎炎夏日還提供了冰水解暑。早餐也不錯，尤其是麪條很贊，阿姨也相當熱情。是一次非常不錯的入住體驗，以後有機會還會在來入住。
