設施：設施齊全，定的房間自帶戴森吹風機，非常好的體驗，省了自己帶。最後如果房間有小冰箱就更好了。
衞生：很乾凈，每天都打掃
環境：對面就是竹海，環境很棒，樓下有露天泳池，夏天可以玩水。
服務：響應及時。

房間很不錯，聯排別墅的結構，小院都精心打理的，比較安靜，遠離城市喧囂的好地方，後面就是大片竹林，空氣也很好，夏天來估計也會很涼快。地下室有桌球室棋牌室ktv等娛樂設施，下雨天沒出門孩子們也玩的很開心。客服小姐姐很熱情，還給升級了房型，聽到我老公咳嗽還主動詢問是否需要葯物，非常貼心。還給送了下午茶，一家人出行不錯的選擇哦

我們這次選擇的池畔房，民宿房間很大都帶有浴缸，衞生也很乾凈，地理位置不錯就在竹海景區對面，關鍵春節門票還是半價，很有性價比。服務人員都很熱情，夏天來會更好，打開房間開門就是泳池，到時候還會來打卡

房間乾淨，設施比較新，地理位置優越（竹海門口）。我去的時候是冬天，所以沒有用到户外泳池，相信夏天來會更合適。唯一小小的問題是周邊配套還沒跟上，整個村基本還在開發中。希望明年再去周邊開發會更完善

訂了兩個房間 一個大床房一個雙人房 雙人房很寬敞還有浴缸。前一天晚上睡的很舒服，第二天走了幾步路就到竹海了。酒店服務人員都很熱情耐心，幫忙拎行李，下午也幫忙延遲退房到了兩點，早上爬完山後還能睡個午覺，輕鬆很多。酒店送了下午茶，送了小零食走的時候還送伴手禮，感覺賓至如歸。唯一遺憾就是去的這兩天都是陰天，天氣不是很好，否則旅行體驗感會更好一點。

設施：驚呆了，這家酒店地下車庫都有，這家酒店老闆和小姐姐們都很有品味，每一棟門口打理的也僅僅有條，房間的小家電用的也都是大牌，戴森的吹風機，小米的電水壺，房間有地暖天冷了應該就可以用了
衞生：衞生棒極了，從簡單一個細節衞生間毛巾擺放剛好露出“江左鳳凰”四個字就看出很用心
環境：打開陽台門就是天然氧吧，對面就是竹海，環境沒的説，對面竹海好漂亮，拍照片很出片，過條馬路就到了，地理位置非常好！
服務：最震撼的是服務，微信聯繫説到了來地庫接我們還幫忙拿箱子，帶我們去餐廳吃飯，後來一個小插曲幫我們換了超大的房間，怪不好意思的，這個季節有小蟲小姐姐們拿着粘桿就沖來了哈哈，出門去竹海，主動幫我們延遲退房説回來累了還可以休息會，會提醒衣物穿多會熱，天吶這服務真的太太太太好太貼心啦，住過服務最好的一家！！！如果説五星級酒店服務是標準的好，那麼這家就是比五星級多了更多的親和力和細心！！！下次朋友家人去會首推！
餐飲：早餐種類非常多，午餐也在這裏吃了，很合口味，非常好吃！！！

酒店自帶車庫和每棟都可以在地下連接非常便利，房間寬敞正對着竹海空氣清新，店長熱心介紹了宜興的經典景點，退房時前台小姐姐還送了當地特產烏米飯。特別表揚餐廳的大姐服務超好，三天的晚餐都在酒店訂的，雪菜冬筍特別鮮，清蒸**魚也很好吃！

江左鳳凰民宿，環境幽雅，設施齊全。舒適客房，温馨如家，盡享寧靜時光。離竹海走路5分鐘，附近有很多農家樂，店裡也可用餐。服務熱情，到店有小點心離店還送了烏米飯。
