設施都挺新的，房間亮堂，窗簾都是智能的，就是洗澡水有點小。衞生狀況也很好，環境一流，就在竹海大門對面，非常方便。前台的小夥子小姑娘服務都非常好，幫我們把箱子從地下車庫搬到房間，退房時還主動聯繫我們幫忙搬箱子，給他們點贊。

位置絕佳，在宜興竹海的對面。開放式的院落，很適合遛彎。一棟棟的別墅裏是各種房型，早餐特別特別滿意，各類豐富的餐品還有特色。手鍊落在房間裏了，管家及時聯繫了我，非常感謝收到的服務。

衞生：清潔用品很到位。
環境：周邊在新建民宿不是很好，有點吵。庭院的綠化不是很打理。但是山景還不錯。大山竹海，綠意盎然。
服務：服務生非常nice還貼心送了伴手禮
設施：酒店茶餐廳裏的土雞超級好吃。肉質鮮美緊緻，雞油臘黃香氣濃郁。早餐雖然是套餐但是味道也不錯。土家玉米紅薯都很好吃，個人感覺比山姆的都好吃。

離宜興竹海非常近，就在對面，服務好，贈送了下午茶和伴手禮，在陽台上可以喝茶觀山聽鳥鳴，房間很大，有自己的餐廳，早餐為套餐，足夠吃了，下次有機會還會選擇這家入住。

挺好的，服務周到，免費升房了。衞生不錯，布草品質不錯，還送了伴手禮，貼心延時退房。
唯一的缺點房間沒有小冰箱，馬桶不是智能的。其他都很好。

設施：設施齊全，定的房間自帶戴森吹風機，非常好的體驗，省了自己帶。最後如果房間有小冰箱就更好了。

房間很不錯，聯排別墅的結構，小院都精心打理的，比較安靜，遠離城市喧囂的好地方，後面就是大片竹林，空氣也很好，夏天來估計也會很涼快。地下室有桌球室棋牌室ktv等娛樂設施，下雨天沒出門孩子們也玩的很開心。客服小姐姐很熱情，還給升級了房型，聽到我老公咳嗽還主動詢問是否需要葯物，非常貼心。還給送了下午茶，一家人出行不錯的選擇哦
