AAilunnvshiI chose this hotel because work has been incredibly stressful lately, and I feel like I haven't had a good rest or relaxation in ages. I saw a reviewer say that he's visited many excellent B&Bs, but always finds disappointment after arriving. I really relate to this, and it's true. It could be the details of check-in, the experience after entering the room, or the attitude of the staff. A perfect stay is truly rare.
But after staying at Spring Mountain in Sight, I felt that every process was carefully designed. They've truly considered the guests' perspective, ensuring every step was flawless and even exceeded expectations. They're truly attentive and well worth the experience.
-Facilities: The room was elegantly decorated with a bright, simple atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pajamas were comfortable, and the turndown service was fantastic. It felt so cozy. The room had a balcony, and it was so comfortable to sit outside with candles (and there weren't many mosquitoes, which is really important 😂).
-Service: The service was truly excellent. From the moment I contacted the housekeeper before check-in, I could sense the hotel's attentiveness. From check-in to check-out, there were no minor hiccups. I was pleasantly surprised the entire time.
-Environment: It's conveniently located right next to a main road, but as soon as you enter the parking lot, you're surrounded by greenery. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the hotel's management and layout, with lush flowers and plants. The overall design, from the furniture to the lighting to the landscaping, is truly thoughtful.
I especially loved the hotel's tea room; it was absolutely stunning. It rained the entire time I was there, but the sounds of rain, wind, frogs, and birdsong were even more poetic. Time slipped by unnoticed there, and the quiet and peaceful atmosphere was truly soothing.
-Dining: Both breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly well-presented, and I was amazed both days. I wanted to try them all on the first day, but I went right away on the second. Every dish was truly delicious.
The food at Shangyuan was also excellent, allowing us to experience unique dishes, and the service was once again top-notch.

The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home.
The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property.
The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in.
Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard.
What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

KKuailedeqinglongaThis is the seventh Atour I've stayed at, and it feels so good. Needless to say, the room is warm and comfortable and well-equipped. Those who have stayed there know that it is more comfortable than the bed and quilt at home (except for the rich, of course). What is even more unforgettable is the excellent service. From the front desk to the guest rooms and restaurants, every staff member is warm and friendly and responsive. You can sincerely feel that their smiles are from the heart rather than deliberately performed. With this in mind, I decisively applied for a membership card. By the way, the price of this place is very affordable, low enough to make people believe that it really has the legendary cost-effectiveness.

I can say that this hotel offers the best value for money and I don't want to leave. I feel it is good in the following aspects: 1. The parking lot is large, there is a large square in front of the door, there are many businesses around, and it is very convenient to eat. 2. The hall is very grand, the guest rooms are decorated in a unique way, the bathroom is large, and there is a big bathtub. The two partitions in the room are cleverly arranged, giving people a homey feeling. 3. The dining room is large, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the waiter took the initiative to deliver tea to each table several times. 4. From the lobby manager to all kinds of staff, their attitudes are very friendly. As soon as I checked in, I was given a water cup and snacks were delivered to the room. The reason I stayed here is that it's close to home. There are charging stations downstairs, which is more suitable for me. The hygiene is also better than expected. The overall regret is that it is close to the road. There was a window that was not closed well at night, so I didn't see it. I was woken up at around 1 o'clock. I got up to find the reason and then I couldn't sleep. I hope to arrange a room that is not close to the road next time

We stayed in a lake view room, which was very spacious, and the view was lovely. The pan-fried dumplings for breakfast were delicious. My only suggestion for improvement would be the rather small parking lot.
