地點很不錯，離景區的西門很近，吃飯也很方便，樓下就是餐廳。房間還可以，但衞生較差，主巾有污跡，淋浴頭也不行，衹有頂淋，窗户盡是灰塵。

這是我迄今為止住酒店體驗中最差的一次。房間一股子黴味，設施破破爛爛，空調嗡嗡作響，礦泉水都不給提供的，酒店大堂一個大叔光腳搭在茶桌上大聲打電話，早餐一人一碗粉，超出的小孩要加錢15元。差，可以，房價還貴，罪加一等。攜程上房價500多，攜程和商家勾結起來坑騙遊客的錢。光想想就快吐了，一個擺爛的酒店，佔據着莽山的有利位置坑錢的酒店，早點倒閉吧！

位置好，離景區門口很近。公交車也在附近。環境好，開窗就能看到有霧淞的山頂。吃飯的地方也多。

很差的酒店，一股黴味，廁所尿騷味，浪費了這麼好的位置，哪裡都是臟臟的，早餐就一碗粉，份量也很少，味道不好算了，份量還少，除了旅行團去，個人和家人朋友出遊，千萬不要訂這個酒店，兩百多比火車站招待所還差！

衞生還算乾淨，環境設施看上去有點舊，性價比不高，關鍵是有一晚這個酒店接了一羣小朋友的團體入住，這個團體從晚上8點多一直吵到晚上12點，還時不時惡作劇拍打我們的房門，期間打了三次酒店前台電話讓其處理，可都沒處理好，又沒有給我們換房間樓層的打算，搞到當晚睡眠質量相當差，如果服務質量是是有經驗的，就完全不會出現這種不良影響。首先小朋友吵、好動、愛玩是天性，竟然這個酒店已經通知過團隊的老師去處理，但結果又是處理不了的，應該要有所作為，運營這麼長時間不應該是第一次接這種團，一但遇到就很應該把這些團隊安排在其他樓層，避免對其他旅客造成影響，其次我們三番兩次提出投訴，如果酒店方當時可以讓我們換樓層房間那就不會影響到我和家人的作息，綜合上述來講，這個服務態度對不起這個消費價格，所以不得不給個差評！
