We stayed in Gulumser Hatun for 5 days in April. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the spa and everywhere else in the hotel was very clean. The healing, natural hot water and the Turkish baths were a good, relaxing spa experience. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who’s looking for a relaxing spa holiday. Otel cok temiz, yemekler cok lezzetli, ozellikle kahvaltilardaki Kutahya’nin yerel sucugu muhtesemdi. Restoranda calan Turk muzikleri cok kaliteliydi. Calisanlar cok guler yuzlu. Havuzlar, hamam, odalar, restoran tertemiz. 5 yildizli otel kalitesinde. Gonul rahatligiyla gidilip, guzel, dinlendirici bir tatil gecirilebilir.

I have pain in my neck due to my sedentary student life. I often get messages of any kind anywhere but here is one of my favorites. I recommend the medical massage!! It heals especially after your muscles get relaxed in the thermal pool. (I preferred the only-woman option but there is also a bigger pool mixed.) After a massage, enjoy your cup of Turkish tea while letting your skin absorb the healing oils...

Tüm hizmetlerden memnun kaldım, Odaların ve diğer mekanların temizliği ***et iyiydi . Yemekler güzeldi. Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Termalin suyu cildime çok iyi geldi. Ailemle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum.

Es ist überall sehr warm. Das warme Wasser kommt direkt aus dem Boden. Es gibt 3 große Schwimmbäder. 1x nur Frauen. 1x nur Männer. 1x für Familien. Alles ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber, inkl. Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Am Abend keine Unterhaltung. Das Essen könnte besser sein, leider etwas fade. Keine Brötchen etc.
