酒店很不錯。但是為什麼APP扣掉的擔保金要一個月之久才能返還?

Not a great experience. No staff member on site. No where to leave our bags after checking out so we had to find somewhere else to store our bags. Bathroom was dirty, old toothpaste in the sink, brown mouldy stuff behind the toilet. Room was way too small for 2 people. The fridge in the bedroom made loud noises which kept waking me up. Staff who I spoke to on the phone did seem friendly but the hotel was not worth the money I paid. Would not return.

Not happy at all. Parking not made clear to us, gave us directions over the phone. Parked at R28C where we were told to but didn’t tell us one area is for residents and one is where they have their permit. Ended up getting a penalty charge notice and WE have to pay it. They took no responsibility for it! Stay away.

Spoke on the phone with Ishmael. Gave us directions over the phone on where to park but obviously not made clear as I got a parking fine. He told us R28C which is where we parked but just found out there’s one just for residents and we can’t park there! We were never told this in the first place. We payed him £7 for their permit as well. Why should we have to pay the parking fine when we parked where we were told to!!! He took no responsibility for this. Do not stay here!

It was very shabby. The carpet needed replacing, the furniture looked like it was out of a junk shop. The shower has a weak flow, it was perhaps the shabbiest part of the room. There was no desk. You could feel the springs in the bed. The door catch for the bathroom jams it shut and you have to shove the door to open it. An elderly person could get trapped in there. Also, the light above the mirror in the bathroom doesn't work. If I had been paying £30 a night I probably wouldn’t have written a bad review but at £120 a night this was OUTRAGEOUS. You expect decent accommodation for that price. I am not a person who normally leaves bad reviews so believe me this place was atrocious for the price.

We booked as we visited family and it was a bank holiday , and it happened to be race weekend - so it was the only place that wasn’t charging a crazy amount. For that reason I can’t knock the very basic, small and outdated room. But the cleanliness was appalling! The give away should have been when we were shown the room and the host actually asked my partner to remove the previous guests luggage for her!!!! There was mould, stains on the bed, grime in the shower, grime in the fridge - it was about as bad as I’ve seen. Only giving 1 star for location.

Lovely little lodge just a short walk from the city centre. Very clean. All rooms en-suite. Tea coffee facilities, smart TV, fridge, hairdryer, heater and fan in the room. Stayed with my daughter for a couple of nights and would recommend to all. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel gate which will help those who don't want to walk and if you do drive you can park in the car park at £7 per night. Over the road from the hospital too so ideal if visiting.

I used to live down the street next to this one, so it was fun coming back to my university city and staying nearby! LOCATION It’s a short distance from the city centre- about a 15/20 minute walk (and about half an hour from the station). This was fine for my friend and I as we’re keen walkers, but there is a bus stop just outside. ROOM Small and simple: two single beds and a slightly worn out ensuite. FACILITIES The shower was okay. A fridge made for an unexpected bonus. There was a small television, basic tea/coffee making facilities and a bit of a wardrobe. FINAL COMMENTS Can’t complain for the price. I would stay again at the same rate.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but this place really needs sorting out! I went with my partner for her birthday to a place we both agreed looked great, however the pictures are very deceiving. The bed was uncomfortable and we hardly slept, not to mention the fact it was on wheels and with a broken headboard which the staff member was aware of, the bathroom was very small and the shower is lower than 6ft at it's highest, the cobwebs were seen in the corner by my partner and this was "The BEST room" The receptionist tried to rectify the problems we had with that room and they gave us another room (opened the wrong room where someone was sleeping, thinking it was empty) and then took us to the empty room, this room was tiny and had mould in the corner and the worst part was the door lock wouldn't lock properly!! Tired and very disappointed we decided to leave a day earlier! Stayed at the Marriot which we should have done in the first place, we lost a day of parking and no refund for that or the 2nd day we didn't stay there. After emailing them after, I got no reply even though they replied to the emails I sent about when I booked there enquiring about face masks and check in times. Very unprofessional and the only place I have wanted to leave early. Highly recommend to just stay at the Marriot and you'll be happier. If this place were to reply to my email it would have had a plus point but unfortunately it's all bad. Just stay away from there.

Smelt of bleach to cover smell of mould 2 nights had to lay on top of bed with my coat on springs visible , Dirty in room 9 had to go through the kitchen too get into it , second night someone in there banging about and put washing machine on, Go to a travel lodge or other hotel where there is some to complain to , I was left tight dirty as no hot water and this had a detrimental affect on myself and work . Thanks Dimoned loge
