Booked an executive suite for a couple of nights. However extremely basic, dated and very dark with poor lighting. No shower pressure, fridge didn’t work properly, no teaspoons for tea/coffee, bedside lights not working/globes missing, only one wine glass, stains on carpet. Very disappointing. No reception and emails not responded to including response whether we were given an executive suite despite paying for one. Very noisy with people up making noise until 3am. Children up very early. Would not recommend
