Редко пишу отзыв, не успев уехать из отеля, но тут я хочу сделать это поскорее, может мой отзыв предостережет кого-нибудь от траты денег на эту богадельню. 5 звезд? Это шутка? Приехали на такси, Батлер не вышел за вещами, пока его не позвали, потом сломалась дверь, потом взгляд упал на ремонт, ужас ужас и еще раз ужас. Заселили в номер, в коридоре страшно пахнет столовкой, прямо аромат грязных тряпок, душевая кабина из ремонта 2000х, мебель! Ад! Это адддд! В ресторане порадовали только суши. Попросила принести подушки их до сих пор несут! Просто не приезжайте сюда! Это совок!

Спасибо большое! Нам все понравилось, отдохнули от души. Спасибо персоналу за чуткое обслуживание! Всё было на высшем уровне: чистый просторный номер с видом на горы, изысканная кухня, теплый бассейн и конечно же чистый горный воздух. Прекрасный вариант для отдыха недалеко от города. Обязательно вернёмся ещё и не раз и не одни. Рекомендую всем!

Отзывчивый, но при этом ненавязчивый персонал. Бассейн выше всех похвал, температура воды выше, чем в др.бассейнах подобного типа. В 30 метрах течет красивая горная река, можно подняться на смотровую площадку для проведения времени в предгорьях. Вкусная выпечка, завтраки отменные, круассаны с шоколадом такие же вкусные, как в пяти-звёздочных турецких отелях. Мороженое российское так себе, советую менеджеру по закупкам приобретать кыргызское.
