到酒店前台才得知，高級房才配有馬桶，普通房衹有蹲廁，因為隨同有高齡老年人，衹好選擇換高級房…入住後發現這所謂的高級房的設施也很舊，廁所的門也是壞的，收費卻一點都不便宜，這價位甚至連一瓶裝水都沒有…

我入住的那天剛好沅陵下大雨因為車上行李比較多到賓館的時候前台看見我們在搬行直接沖上來幫我們拿我一開始人都懵了老闆也很熱情幫我們把行李拿到房間，房間衞生也很好投影效果也很不錯有一種家的感覺，前台的小姑娘也很有趣老闆看見我們咳嗽還準備去跟我們拿感冒葯出門在外意見這樣的老闆真的很暖心

妹妹回家探親，朋友推薦了家口碑不錯的賓館，説實話，當時心裏還是有點顧慮，直到上午妹妹打來電話説：房間很舒適，新裝修的，主要是衞生非常乾淨，服務也不錯，休息得也挺好，今天繼續住這裏不用換地方，我才心安。感謝朋友推薦❤️

房間小清新，乾淨整潔，還有投影，音響效果好，畫面很清晰。因為有事沒能及時退房，晚了一小會，電話老闆娘晚一點拿行禮，保潔阿姨幫我安排得妥妥的，服務態度非常好，必須好評！

酒店寫的免費停車，實際沒車位，讓我們跑到小區去找繞一圈都沒問題，房間連免費的水都沒提供未明確告知退房時間保潔大姐態度非常差一直敲門催促已告知在洗漱了還説話非常大聲及態度非常差
