周邊停車位緊張，停車看運氣，早餐還行，中央空調製熱不行，温度上不去，浴巾有破洞，床頭位置沒有插座面板，窗簾遮陽效果不行

入住時前台服務極差，辦理手續不説清楚，上來先收按金，之後操作半天電腦也不説話，問她什麼時候能辦理好她回了一句“身份證都不給我怎麼辦”？？？問她為什麼攜程上免按金她卻要收我們按金，“我們就是這樣的，房間裏有消費項目，萬一你們用了怎麼辦”
給了一間大床房，房頂牆壁黴斑，窗户完全關不上，最後還是加錢才換了間窗户能關上的大床房。
房間內配備一雙拖鞋，兩瓶礦泉水，衞生間什麼也沒有，淋浴頭出來的水是黃的，早上沒熱水。
