We had a great 2 nights stay at this Ryokan. Location was near Yufuin Floral Village, and around 20 mins walk from Yufuin JR station. It was a nice walk to Yufuin JR station as there were many shops and eateries that you can visit along the way. Alternatively, there is also bus 36 from Yufuin but terminal that would stop near to the ryokan. The staff were really outstanding, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a couple of them rushed to help us with our luggage and to also shelter us from the rain. During the entire stay, they made us feel very welcomed. The Western/Japanese room that we booked was very spacious and had all the amenities we required. Note that this is a 2 storey living area - level 1 had a bathroom with private indoor and outdoor onsen as well as the living room, while level 2 had a toilet (w/o bath) and 1 western bedroom as well as 1 Japanese bedroom. There are 4 public onsen in the ryokan. 2 for female and 2 for male. They would rotate it during the day and night to allow everyone to try out the different onsen. We also had our breakfast and dinner at the ryokan as part of the package. The dishes were different on both days. The spread was huge and food tasted great. Note that there are very few places open at Yufuin during dinner time.

It is close to Jinlin Lake. The whole hotel has a good atmosphere. Every service staff is very polite. The hot spring bath in the room is even more comfortable. It is a very good choice for two meals. The meals are exquisite and full. I will visit again.

The staff are very responsible, serious and enthusiastic All details are well controlled. From the check-in guide to the final departure, the same staff is responsible for our check-in. There is a private bath in the room, and we also went to the public bath outside. The various designs make people relax. One stay, two meals. The food is of a very high standard. Dining is in a dedicated dining area. The room has two floors. There are tatami mats upstairs and two single beds. It is quiet and quiet. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the station, and it is easy to reach with luggage. There is a car to take you there when you leave. 3 minutes walk from Jinlin Lake

I was worried after making the reservation because there weren't many photos or reviews, but the location was good, the facilities were clean, spacious, and the outdoor bath was the best. There was nothing to complain about and the meal was perfect. Of course, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, especially one who spoke Korean, so it was comfortable. I've been there for a while. I think I'll book again next time I go to Yufuin.

We had a room with a private outdoor onsen. The temperature of the onsen can be adjusted easily with the valves. I do appreciate that the most because I find that a number of the onsens are just a tad bit too hot for me. But regardless if you like it hotter or colder, you’ll easily be able to adjust the temperature to your preference at this ryokan. The dinner was amazing. Impressive. You actually get served in the dining area in your own private little room. The food quality and presentation are outstanding. You’ll enjoy your time here.

I stayed for several nights, but I had a relaxing time. It's a maisonette type room, so I was able to take a nice nap, and the indoor bath and open-air bath on the first floor were nice. I have to put up with the fact that the washing area is a little small. There were also 4 large public baths. It's not very big, but by chance we were able to comfortably accommodate no more than 2-3 people at any given time. Is it because the room has a full bath? The large public bath is fully equipped with towels. The dinner was delicious and the work was well done and well presented. I've stayed at many places, but this was one of the best.

It was a trip with my wife and mother, and I chose Nanagawa-san, which had a higher price than usual, out of gratitude. I think there are some inns that charge high prices because of the name or image of Yufuin, a famous hot spring area, but Nanagawa-san was not like that and was very satisfied with the facilities, food, and service. I usually stay at cheaper accommodations, but from a cost-effectiveness perspective, this was the most reasonable accommodation I've ever stayed in.

Nowadays, it is a hot spring inn where you can spend most of your time without leaving your room, with an open-air bath set up in your room. It's a maisonette type, with the bedroom on the second floor and the living room and bath at the same time. There are also indoor and outdoor baths. At first glance, it looks luxurious and modern. However, if you look closely, there are some problems. 1/ Next to the bedroom on the second floor, there is a private room that does not exist. No use. 2/The living room on the first floor has two chairs and a desk, and a table and two chairs on the tatami floor. Poor placement and ease of use. 3/The baths are both indoor and outdoor. Looks luxurious. However, considering how it will be used, an indoor bath is unnecessary. A shower is enough. It is unclear why this was done. No matter how you look at it, the layout of the room is an amateurish design. If you have an open-air bath attached to your room, you can get a reasonable price, so I can't help but think that this is included in the specifications. I am acutely aware that a hot spring inn needs an appearance that is backed by long-standing traditions. disappointing
