The suite we booked was quite large and very clean. The hotel's hardware facilities are good. Breakfast is also good, with many varieties. There are also small meat buns and a variety of freshly cooked pasta. Breakfast ends at 9 o'clock, which is a bit early. There is also a manager in the restaurant who has a bad attitude. I took two breakfast coupons to eat breakfast alone. When I entered the door, I told the waiter to bring a small thermos bucket to pack some for the child. The waiter nodded. After a while, the manager said with a bad attitude: We are not allowed to take away food... I said that I gave two meal coupons and the child couldn't get up in the morning. This small thermal bucket can hold enough for one person... The manager kept talking for a long time, but I ignored her. Just after 9 o'clock, after the restaurant was less crowded, I was still eating and watching TV, and the manager was also eating, so he directly asked someone to turn off the TV in the restaurant [embarrassing] About 9:15, when the restaurant waiter arrived for morning orders and lectured, The manager also specifically told all the waiters: Packing is not allowed in the future... Can the hotel service be more humane...

The room was big and nice, clean, tidy and comfortable, but the bathroom had a peculiar smell! It will be better after improvement!

The room is nice and comfortable. The heating is quite powerful. You must open the window when sleeping. The breakfast was rich and good. Warm service.

The hotel is overall good, small and exquisite, with nice floor-to-ceiling windows!

聽朋友介紹這家，感覺挺好，衞生乾淨，服務態度特別好，前台非常熱情，早餐品種也挺多的，入住這家酒店有種回家的感覺，主要是停車非常非常方便，非常棒，以後首選

説一下幾點吧：（1）環境：酒店的房間設施，環境都比較好，早餐豐盛並且是新鮮的，這個是比較讚的；（2）服務：這次遇到本地車輛不按照停車規範停車，造成別車，無法開出的問題，前後折騰了一個多小時。1）作為酒店的保安人員，並沒有引導車輛停到該停的位置，有些失職；2）作為前台人員，當發生事件時，首先沒有給對應主管報告，其次不知道處理類似事件的流程，再次一個勁的説被別的車能出來，而不是去解決問題，最後不懂得去安撫顧客，在被等待的一個多小時時間內，並沒有倒水，有點諷刺的是拿出一張服務表要好評填寫。最後我特別謝謝這個下圖的黑車司機，不按規定停，還不留一個電話。最具諷刺的是這車前面放的毛巾是“榆林公安交警”，不知道這是政府工作人員，還是家屬。如果公職人員及家屬都不遵守規則，那麼這個城市的管理是真心有問題的。最後的最後吐槽一下，12123挪車電話打不通，APP的挪車服務根本沒作用。PS：酒店的硬件是挺不錯的，對應的服務有待提升！！！

這個位置最好的酒店，服務很好，價格合適，環境不錯，房間乾淨，交通方便，早餐也很豐盛，極力推薦

酒店環境很好，房間佈置、設定都很不錯，房間智能化，酒店在萬達對面附近也有超市、小餐館啥的，很方便。酒店提供免費礦泉水,熱水非常快，房間很安靜，睡覺基本上聽不到聲音。非常非常非常nice。酒店前台人員都非常非常非常好，會盡量滿足我們的需求，也會貼心的問我們有沒有其他需要。還有酒店打掃衞生的阿姨也很不錯，打掃很細緻，尊重客人的私隱。住宿期間有個小誤會，酒店人員很快就解決了，退房的時候工作人員再次跟我們説了抱歉，完了問我們有沒有吃早餐，還讓我們去餐廳用餐。真的很暖心。在那裡住了三晚，體驗很好，服務很到位，房間還是挺乾淨.的。以後有機會還是會繼續選擇的!
