The single-family courtyard B&B and waterfront wooden house are designed with the architectural characteristics of traditional Lingnan houses, and are designed in the form of repairing the old as the old and combining the old with the new. The B&B is equipped with public service facilities such as Pengyuan Book Nest, Wilderness Restaurant, Children's Paddling Pool, Activity Lawn, etc., forming a leisure and vacation B&B integrating travel, play, food, accommodation and entertainment.

很好的一次度假體驗！很適合帶寶寶入住，房子乾淨，管家貼心，環境優美。鵬垌村景點就在酒店旁邊，很適合帶娃散步，逛一圈又可以回房間休息。唯一欠缺的就是園區裏大的樹木不多，會有點曬，陰涼的地方很少，希望老闆能多種點大樹。

雲南自駕遊返程途徑玉林，因為去程的時候已經住過一晚市區了，我對玉林市區其實是興趣不大的，搜到這裏，古色古香的一個景區！民宿裝修是在原有的古老房子上加固裝修的！環境很好，裏面的設備也很高級！晚上還有音樂節去玉林玩的朋友可以留一晚住這裏！

很少寫點評，這個民宿確實讓我想寫一下分享下，首先民宿是新開業的，全部都新的，房間所有用品都很新，很乾凈，因為我是年初七入住，可能民宿新開業，客人不多，我們入住當天還包場了，從入住前就有工作人員聯繫溝通接待，服務到位，入住後就去了隔壁鵬垌古村閑逛，女兒還拍了簪花照片，美美噠，晚飯就去出名的五哥炒牛料吃，距離民宿不遠，挺方便，但晚上因為衹有我們一家入住整個園區，有點太安靜搞得有點怕怕的感覺沒有其他人，工作人員晚上也看不到值班，所以這點讓我感受到有點怕黑，哈哈，不過白天，餐廳專門為我們提供早餐，而且時間還遷就我們，多晚都給我們留着，簡單的食材，但環境很好，入住讓人很放鬆，主要晚上沒有人，感覺衹有一家人在一個陌生環境還有點怕怕，雖然它開了所有燈光，但沒有工作人員，這點讓住客有點不放心，其他都是很好的，環境更好，很適合慢節奏放鬆。

春節期間住了2天，整體感覺不錯，服務很好，房間設備挺好，洗浴用品都是科勒的，被套齊全。開業不久，什麼都挺新的，前台的幾個工作人員、餐廳服務人員都挺熱情。剛開業很多細節可能還要不斷完善，相信會越來越好。酒店就在鯤鵬村內，村內的配套設備不是很多，吃的喝的最好自己帶。帶家人來住幾天，發發呆那種就挺適合，如果要來觀賞風景啥的，就要開車去周邊了。希望能繼續堅持做得更好。

已經是玉林最貴的住宿之一，可能是新開業，各方面都沒有很完善。先説優點：環境是非常不錯的，花園很漂亮，房間的衞生也都可以，應該還有很多户外的項目可以體驗。
以下是建議改進的地方：
1、【寵物不友好】入住前我們有打電話問過是否可以攜寵入住，答案是可以。但是退房時，卻被告知實際上不允許帶寵物。我們願意尊重酒店的制度，但各位員工對於酒店的規章制度不熟悉，導致客人好像做錯了什麼。
2、【入住服務較差】入住的時候應該簡單介紹下酒店的佈局。入住時甚至房間都沒有準備好，一開始是沒有電視機的房間。兩位客人就應該給兩張卡，兩張卡都能開房門+門禁。
4、【早飯不準時】早飯時間8:30 已經算是很晚，還不準時，有趕時間的客人就吃不上飯
5、【洗護用品少】浴室沒有護髮素和浴袍。洗護三件套/浴袍其實是高檔酒店/民宿的標配了。
6、【管理非常混亂】酒店管家太多，名字花裏胡哨的與微信名不符，客人記不住，沒必要，迴應也不夠及時，遇到問題客人也不知道該找哪個，有兩個管家在羣裏，全程也沒説過話，客人並不知道這兩個人是什麼作用。
7、【房間不是一天一打掃的】我們入住兩晚，沒有打掃過，也沒有詢問是否需要打掃。
8、門禁可以設定一下，最好也有保安值守，裏面的人可以隨意出來，衹要防外面的人不能隨意進來就可以了。園區比較大，兩位入住客人分開行動，衹有一張卡的話非常不便。
9、更多建議：酒店應提供開專票服務/酒店在淡季時可以適當提供升房服務/小程序用户體驗待提升/可以做一份pdf指引客人到停車場的示意圖
