For example, the breakfast ladies were always attentive at the, quite frankly, numerous guests - ready to help at any moment's notice. And there are a lot of small quality elements adding up to the nice stay: the room has a larger TV, the shower is grand, the seats at the breakfast were very comfy, the breakfast in itself was varied and constantly filled up, there is a laundry room, the location is very central, ... Back at the front desk, she even gave me a hot towel and hot tea – so thoughtful! I chatted with her briefly; she was customer service representative Qiqi. Later, when I was short on time to get to my room, she even helped me take my clothes to dry – the service was incredibly attentive and considerate! When I was about to check out, the sun came out again – everything was great!"
