Fenglin International Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. Parking was easy and quick, with plenty of available spots. The staff across all departments provided excellent service. However, the facilities were quite disappointing. The equipment was old and frequently malfunctioned, and the bedding was also unacceptable.

The deluxe king room I stayed in truly embodied comfort and thoughtful design. Let's start with the king bed – the moment I lay down, I was won over by its perfect balance of support and plush softness. Paired with the silky-smooth, high-quality bedding, even I, someone who struggles to sleep in new places, had a rare, uninterrupted night's sleep, waking up feeling completely refreshed and re-energized. The room felt incredibly spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view. During the day, warm sunlight streamed in, and in the evenings, I could enjoy a peaceful city nightscape. Privacy was excellent. Thoughtfulness shone through in every detail: the USB charging ports were a godsend for anyone with a smartphone, and the variety of pillow options (such a considerate touch!) was highly appreciated. The bathroom was also impeccable, boasting stable water pressure, instant hot water, and premium toiletries with a luxurious scent. Overall, this isn't just a place to sleep; it's more of a 'sanctuary' where one can truly unwind, shed all fatigue, and revel in peace and quality. From the amenities to the smallest details, it was clear that genuine consideration had been given to guests' needs. A truly satisfying experience. I'll definitely make this my first choice again when I bring my family next time!

Disappointing, truly awful.

The lady at the front desk was very polite and even upgraded our room. Free parking was also available, which was a great bonus. The bed in the room was huge, and the room itself was absolutely spotless!

The front desk staff at Yulin Fenglin International Hotel were excellent, very warm and patient. The room was spacious and clean, and the deep soaking tub was very comfortable. The dim sum at the first-floor restaurant was delicious, and they even offered a discount.
