酒店服務設施挺不錯的，而且早餐也挺豐盛，整體來説，還是挺不錯的一次入住體驗，前台小姐姐小哥哥的服務真的是特別的棒，出行也特別方便，這裏出門就可以打到車，感覺特別的不錯，下次還會過來的，強烈支持強烈推薦，真的是特別的棒，特別喜歡

端午出來玩，網上看到評價還可以，來到店裡確實沒有讓我們失望，一進門就有一樓大姐幫我們拿行李，非常熱情，前台小姐姐幫我們倒茶水，早餐很豐富，房間衞生乾淨，床品舒適，下來來榆林還會選擇這家酒店！

環境不錯，挺乾淨，室內温度不冷不熱剛剛好，門口就有停車場，停車方便，樓底有超市購物方便，離二街進，路況良好不堵車，會經常光顧的。

前台態度非常差，讓送東西，不給送，語氣非常囂張，説她們晚上從來都一個人值班，外賣不讓上樓就算了，不能好好説話，酒店有規定能理解，服務態度口氣是我見過最差最坑的，打電話諮詢個什麼，跟欠她錢一樣，服務態度真的是太差，就這種前台，酒店遲早倒閉

1.選的智能房，但設備是壞的，完全不能語音控制，修理也修不好，失去互動娛樂性。然後反應前台後既不退差價，也不替換早餐。
2.房間一樓沙發有較多頭髮，建議清理乾淨。
