在攜程，為什麼就訂不到有窗户的，有窗户的價格還特別高，如果是旅遊旺季，我覺得價格高正常，那平時是否可以相對價格合理一點，能住的舒服一點，這樣也可以吸引更多的顧客，當然，可能也是我們這樣的低消費的不懂！

沒次來都住這裏，這次出來沒時間回去退房把房卡帶出來了，我説了22號回去還，讓她先重新制一張，她告訴我每天要扣除50元的制卡費，真的不能理解啊，什麼高級的門卡系統每制一張要收50塊錢 ，總之是不會再去了！

第一我113價格訂的那邊顯示106；第二上面寫的雙床，告訴我訂的是特價房單床，雲縣80一大批沒見過這麼差的；第三我加了32價格換到雙床房；位置偏遠，開始一個服務員態度還行，所以我不計較，我是感冒我要點熱水告訴我房間有熱水壺，我試了是壞的，很不耐煩，畫個粧像是坐枱小姐一樣，太噁心了，我本對職業沒有任何歧視，但是有些事真的太讓人噁心

晚上喝了一點酒直接就開了房間，躺下就睡著了沒注意給我開在二樓，房間窗户外面竟然是樓梯。早上起來真的氣炸了，一晚上都沒關窗窗簾，但是趕時間就沒計較太多。退房的時候服務員應該告知我查房退按金，也是沒有告訴我。因為前天喝酒的緣故一時間沒想起來。到了高鐵站突然想起來按金這回事打電話給酒店溝通，服務員大B拽拽的説退了，退我付款寶了。我説讓他查一下，她也不查，一口咬定就是退了。後面間隔個把小時我又打了電話過去，她還是説退了，不願意去核實這個問題。連續打了三個電話無果，果斷選擇12315和攜程投訴。我都説不需要道歉，錢我也可以不要。後面那個服務員舔着來給我道歉。我給你打N個電話好好説的時候幹啥去了。
