I visited this hotel for the first time in 2009, now, during the January holidays, I stayed there again ... I was not disappointed, clean, kind staff ... we arrived at 10.00, and the check-in was at 14.00, we were placed there for free without any problems, because the room was ready, breakfast is not bad 400 rub/person

Просторные номера, чистое белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца. На этом плюсы заканчивают. В номере сильнейший запах канализации. Напор горячей воды не позволяет даже почистить зубы, не говоря уже о принять душ. Сервис рецепции НИКАКОЙ!!! За 2 часа не смогли решить проблему с отсутствием горячей воды. Про запах канализации администратор сказала: «да, мы знаем, тут всегда так» просто жесть. Завтрак НИКАКОЙ. Для формальности, что есть такой сервис в отеле. Искренне не советую этот отель. Надеюсь, менеджмент прочитает и примет меры.

В целом не плохо, удобно расположен в городском парке, в шаговой доступности рестораны, музей, Горный Воздух. Парк зачетный. Завтраки на 4, в отеле есть спортзал, бар работает только по будням до 19-00. Ресторан для проживающих не работает.

В здании гостиницы советского типа (соответствующий антураж и наполнение номеров) находится ночной клуб, от вибрации и громкости музыки спать невозможно. Неоднократные попытки обращения к администратору в 3, 3:30 ночи результатов не дали. В 4 все продолжалось несмотря на уверения администратора
