居住體驗最差的酒店，沒有之一。電話上説好了給我留21號晚上的房子，結果去了後，發現該酒店前台換了人，不知道給我留21號的房子，那麼，故事來了。
首先，19號值班的酒店前台服務態度極差，對18號值班的沒有交接好工作，顯然對顧客網絡訂單存在不清不楚的狀態，我給解釋了幾遍，我説你問問你們18號的值班人員，21號的房子是給我留了的，結果該值班人員胡攪蠻纏，根本不聽我在説什麼，讓我自己去問18號的值班人員，並且21號晚上搬出去。請問，你就不能打電話核實一下18號前台具體情況。
總之，該酒店19號前台值班人員，態度極差，答非所問，胡攪蠻纏，趾高氣揚，缺乏耐心，溝通中衹輸出自己的言語，不聽顧客在説什麼，交接工作不清不楚，不會解決問題，和18號值班的客服形成顯明對比，18號客服説話温柔理性，談吐令人舒服。
希望該酒店形成考核機制，對於19號的類似客服進行職業教育，以免對以後顧客胃裡造成不適。一個酒店的服務水平，我覺得正好反映在房源緊張的時候。

酒店環境乾淨整潔，設施齊全，服務很周到，衞生很乾凈，周邊出行方便，很棒。位置優越交通便利，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。個人覺得性價比蠻高。

相對於周邊的酒店比較便宜實惠，對於大學生來説還是很友好的，有一點就是隔音稍微差點，其他方面都還好，住過兩次，服務態度比較好。
