Convenient hotel before flying from Basel airport. Nothing charming or special but efficient. Receptionist where not very polite nor professional.. but overall it’s ok

I am quite satisfied. Not bad, not bad, I love it. I stayed in a hotel near the airport for one night. There was a shuttle bus to the airport the next morning. It was very convenient. I received rave reviews. I will order it again next time I pass by.

What a terrible ibis Airport Palermulus hotel.
I booked a hotel online on Trip.com and I had to pay again at the hotel with a credit card. Sir don’t want to know, although I showed everything 🤬😡😤🤬😠
The room was smelly and full of flies. The shower room was broken and the toilet door could not be closed.
Trip.com What can you do? ? I suppose we double pay 112,- Euro

The air in the room was terrible. Dry and heating system that was noisy.
Not pleasant at all.
Sheets were dirty not a clean impression. Front desk lady was really nice and friendly .
