The location of hotel is ne’er to market but the breakfast not tasty also pillow was very small and not comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Zacopane. It has everything you’d expect of a Radison. We had a few issues which they fixed instantly eg the fold out was a bit uncomfortable so ten minutes later they brought up another mattress. Breakfasts are generous. They even have a ‘make it yourself’ waffle maker which the kids love. The hotel is a street over from the Main Street of Zakopane. If you’re a backpacker you can walk from the train station but suit cases require a taxi. The rooms are slightly small but really nice. Ours had a huge shower. There’s a nice cozy balcony to sit out and stare at the mountains. All in all great hotel in a magnificent location

We are here for three nights. The first day the shower flooded so badly the water came into our room. When we told the maintenance guy, he said ‘I know’ So in other words they knew about the problem but still put us in here. He rolled up with a small plunger and it started flooding again so we’ve been forced to have very short showers. The girl who I reported it to had ZERO concern and acted like I was disturbing her peace. The breakfast is very average and made up of things I usually have for dinner like salads and cold meats. No bacon. Be warned - do not be fooled by the name ‘Radison’. This hotel is not a five star hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was definitely a good experience. Upon arrival, there was some confusion with our room (the room we were accommodated was already occupied by other guest) but the reception has promptly sorted it out and upgraded our room for an apartment at no charge. Cleanliness was definitely 5/5. Most of the staff were very helpful, especially the reception team. What could be improved is spa access hours. Pool and spa are open for adult only between 8PM and 9PM. One hour so relatively a short time. However jacuzzi, hot beds, sauna were switched off at 8:45PM - a bit disappointing. Also, the hotel is located very close to Krupowki Street and Gubalowka which is definitely very convenient.

This Hotel is the worse 5* Hotel we ever been. The people were arrogant, the breakfast was very bad and very difficult to get a lactose free latte. Never ever ! We asked for an extra blanket what was very difficult to get. I ordered In advance a cake what at the end it was a peace of “ something “ but has nothing to do with a birthday cake!!

The hotel staff does not respond to customer requests, very poor cleaning: toilets under the lid are not washed from previous guests, on the second day of our stay we found 4 other people's passports in the safe of our room :)) Christmas evening, organizers using a microphone, invited all the children staying at the hotel to come to the Christmas tree, dance with elves, and meet Santa Claus. After this, Santa Claus arrives, interacts with the children, and gives gifts only to those whose parents had prepared and brought gifts in advance. The other children stood there confused, wondering why they didn’t receive anything, crying, and leaving.
