Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Zakopane ★★★★★
"This time I chose a hotel of the same brand, and it gave me a different feeling. It was very comfortable to stay in. The decoration of the room is very distinctive, and all the embellishments are very detailed."
Aries Hotel & Spa Zakopane ★★★★★
"The hotel itself is luxurious, and the other facilities are also excellent. Above all, the breakfast was incredibly satisfying."
Kama Lama ★★★
"Lovely accommodation ❤️ Good, quiet location, yet not far from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful room with a small balcony and a great, unobstructed view of the countryside. Shared kitchen, fully equipped, sufficient for all guests. Pretty, clean, great atmosphere ❤️"
Slow Tatry Boutique Resort ★★★
"Very tiny place stuck in the middle of nowhere. Reception under a staircase, dogs in the breakfast and evening meal. Evening meal half the stuff was not available. New years eve same menu and told no tables available even thou included in booking."
Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa ★★★★★
"Excellent stay, but small wellness."
Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy ★★★★
"Justyna 3/5 5 minutes ago on Google I'm deducting points for the food. It's the first time I've encountered food being served cold or lukewarm, especially for a supposedly 4-star hotel. At dinner, only the soups were hot. It's difficult to properly assess the taste when the food is cold. Breakfast on the first day was no different. Scrambled eggs were cold, and the fried eggs looked and felt like they'd been sitting out for hours – also cold, along with the sausages and frankfurters. Utterly disappointing. While it improved on the second day, that's not how it should work – you shouldn't have to hope for warm food one day and cold food the next. No coffee or juices were available with dinner on the first day, only water. On the second day, one coffee machine was suddenly made available. They have a buffet for toddlers, but even the fries there were cold and soggy. The meat on the second day was incredibly dry, tasteless, and also cold. The apple fritters were overly greasy and unpleasant. Overall, the dinner experience was a complete disappointment, and we do not recommend it. The main pool is nice, but there's no separate paddling pool, small warm pool, or dedicated attractions for toddlers. While there are two slides, they are only suitable for older children. For a hotel that advertises itself as child-friendly, this is a significant drawback. The spa area and outdoor pool incur an additional charge. The pool bar was closed. The playground is small. There are no benches in the playground for parents to sit on while their children play. This definitely needs a complete overhaul. I would expect much more from a place that aspires to be family-friendly. The Kids' Club is good; it appears new. The soft play area (jungle gym), toddler zone, and mini cinema are all nice additions and definitely a plus. The rooms are alright, having been renovated. There are balconies, but they lack chairs or a table, which makes them pointless. The hotel's main saving grace is the view. I'm unsure how it qualifies as a 4-star hotel. An interior renovation alone isn't enough when the kitchen performs so poorly. We were surprised and had expected much more. No one at the front desk bothered to ask about our experience. Having stayed in numerous guesthouses, accommodations, and hotels of varying standards, we would rate this stay as merely average."
Willa Leluja ★★★

"What a lovely house this is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's fully equipped with all conveniences, even for 4 people. Though, in our opinion, it might get a bit cramped with four, it's certainly doable. Checking in via the side door went smoothly, and finding the apartment entrance was also easy. We could dispose of our rubbish in the shed. However, there were no bins, just bags that had been torn open by animals. That was a bit of a downside. Sleeping was fine, but the streetlights shine through the curtains. Would blackout curtains be a good option to hang here? The towels could be hung on hooks, but they don't dry easily that way. Perhaps a rail where you can hang the towels? These are just suggestions, of course. Thank you for your hospitality in your home."
Aparthotel Cristina ★★★★

"Its was good and beautiful stay"
Apartamenty Forma Tatrica
"We were 2nd time staying in Forma Tatrica and unfortunately it is a huge contrast as quality is going down or we were really not lucky. We got an apartment with strong cigarettes smell 😔 When we asked to switch it, we were told, no other apartment available during our stay, it was neither possible to get a refund nor a discount (paid 600EUR for 6 nights). In that situation receptionist was extremely unprofessional and arrogant: he kept repeating he can not help in any way, he walked in our rooms with his shoes, was pretending he has running nose, suggesting to spray some scent on top of the cigarettes smell, he didn’t know when the manager will work and she can’t speak English etc. It was truly disappointing, like “talking to a brick wall” 😔 Next day we talked with another receptionist, lady was really nice, yet after she talked with manager we got instant coffee and invite to use jacuzzi for free as an excuse. Would sound nice, yet just take a look to jacuzzi (see pic attached). Once we told we are checking out, finally we were offered a new appartment. Yet it was too late as we had to book another hotel after half a stay as cigarettes smell were already soaked in towel, clothes and hair."
Villa T Apartments & SPA
"Amazing place to relax in Zakopane. Great location - only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Stuff is super nice and helpful. Free access to SPA, sauna with wonderful view of Giewont, free parking for guests. Massages are amazing. Highly recommend!"

Kompleks Antałówka Termy & Med
"Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread. Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm up food. We had left overs from restauran."

Apartamenty Jan
"A fantastic villa hotel! The rooms were clean and elegant, with excellent views and great proximity to many major attractions. It's within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast was delicious. A perfect four-day, three-night trip!"
Geovita Zakopane
"Located on a hillside, far from the station, and inaccessible by public transport, it is very inconvenient for independent travelers."
Magnat Inn & Sauna & Relax
"We stayed at Magnat Inn for almost a week in September. The room was nice and clean, we had a balcony and the bed was comfy. Breakfast every morning was something different and it tasted delicious. There was also a choice of bread, hams and cheese and fresh coffee. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will certainly return. The owners were very helpful and nice to chat to as well. It's around 15 minute walk into the main town which we knew about when booking and its a nice leisurely walk."
Krupówki 40
"Spent a night here last weekend, last minute decision to visit Zakopane and places we'd stayed before had no spaces but we found this place and it was beautiful. Our room had amazing windows to look at the views, two bathrooms and comfy beds, we didn't get the chance to eat or visit the bar but it looked really nice and the hotel receptionist was really friendly and helpful. It's in a great location and would definitely stay again "
