great place, great location just a short drive from austria, slovenia or croatia. very friendly reception, great breakfast, there is even a terrase to sit in the summer. basic rooms but you absolutely get what you pay for. it is very unfair to leave them bad reviews, for this price u simply cant get better than this! there is even gated parking and wifi for
free!

Not recommended from any point of view. Bugs (bedbugs) in room, hair in shower drain. Smell of dirt and tobacco in rooms. The rooms are not cleaned daily, only if you notify day by day. The sheets were not changed for four nights.
