The hotel provides free of charge: concierge service, daily cleaning, transfer to the ski lifts of Lunnaya Mountain and Romantik village, change of bed linen, capsule coffee machine, Wi-Fi, parking, food delivery to the room (the cost of lunch and dinner is paid separately).
When booking a room, you must agree on the possibility of staying in a room with an animal. The hotel administration reserves the right to determine whether a pet is allowed in the room. Please note that only toy breed dogs are allowed at the hotel. Fighting dogs, reptiles, birds, and wild animals are not allowed.

My wife and I stayed there in mid-August for three nights. Although this is a ski resort, summer is a high season there, so we had to book a room ten days in advance. They're in the process of finalising their construction. I mean, everything's OK with living conditions there; all villas are fully operational, newly seeded lawns are green, illumination is in place, room service is great, but their restaurant does not function in full swing yet, for example, and landscape design works on the adjacent territory still rage on. We stayed in a spacious room on the ground floor with a balcony, an impeccable bathroom, and a modern, comfy kitchenette. The Internet worked at supersonic speeds. The views were majestic. Breakfast and lunch were brought directly to our room, and their service was so quick that warm dishes and drinks were really warm or hot (breakfast was to be ordered the day before using a QR code). The bed was puffy, sound insulation was superb, and window mosquito nets guaranteed a good night's sleep, with croaking frogs crowning the ambience. The territory is CCTV-equipped, and their manager, Kamilla, was a real star—hospitable, ready to help, efficient, and swift. Bravo, ma'am! Strongly recommended!

Мы с женой останавливались в нём в самом начале июня (так что никаких пробок там вокруг, естественно, не наблюдалось). Понравилось безусловно! Отсутствие ресторана, так сказать, органолептически не сказывается на проживании совершенно: (предварительно выбранные через QR-код) завтраки доставляются в номер точно в указанное время и практически горячими (!!!); по приезде мы к тому же тут же заказали себе обед, так вот он прибыл минут через двадцать-тридцать и оказался очень и очень вкусным (овощной салатик, фетучини, баранья голяшка с картофельным пюре; где-то под три тысячи). Хорошо продуманная планировка, стильные интерьеры, огромные окна, дорогая техника в китченетке/мини-кухне, безупречный современный санузел, балкончик с уличной мебелью (столик, два кресло-стула), удобнейшая кровать, молниеносный Интернет. А как лягушки квакают ввечерь и ночью (нам спать не мешали)... Есть, конечно, косяки - я бы сказал, косячки - (то пакетик с чаем забудут принести, то хлеб и масло на завтрак, то, наоборот, входную пластиковую карточку горничная утащит), но у кого их нет? Главное ведь, что при сигнализировании на рисепшн они оперативно исправлялись. Особо отмечу Камиллу - управляющую, царицу и мамку-няньку отеля. Естественная, хваткая, профессиональная, быстрая, доброжелательная, выдержанная, вежливая. Камилла, Вы - классная, и низкий Вам поклон и крутая уважуха! Очень рекомендую!!!

Новый отель с апартаментами. Все очень чисто и красиво. вкусные завтраки подают в номер по предварительному заказу. Недалеко от подъемников. Прекрасный вид из окна!! Администрация очень доброжелательно относится к каждому гостю. Вернемся в этот отель снова!!!

Новый отель в поселке Романтик в 7 км от Архыза, недалеко от подъемников, имеется собственный трансфер, учитывая двухчасовые пробки из Архыза в этом году, удачный вариант для катания на лыжах. Из минусов - нет собственного ресторана (строится)завтраки подают в номер, кому-то это даже нравится. Администрация настроена позитивно, старается исполнять желания гостей, пока не все получается,но надеюсь со временем все получится.
