設施：新開業的酒店入住過多次，所使用的硬件設施規格均超過品牌定位，細節做的很好
衞生：經過多次入住檢驗，連衞生死角都經過非常嚴苛的檢查清理，能做到頂燈沙發底部以及空調按鍵的無塵化標準

帶家人和孩子來張家港遊玩，選擇入住萬達錦華酒店，
先説説最打動人心的服務——重點點名表揚前台小岳！從我們進門開始，她就全程熱情接待，陪同我們從大堂到電梯，再到車庫，每一步都照顧得細緻周到。接待時的180度鞠躬特別誠懇，暖心。入住期間我們遇到了一點小問題，小岳得知後第一時間主動溝通，高效幫我們解決，全程耐心又專業，完全沒有敷衍！
還有要表揚一下一位客房經理（一位胖胖的男生），入住之後房間裏遇到了些小問題，他馬上就上門來看了，並且快速的解決了問題，態度誠懇，待人真摯有禮貌，讓人感覺到非常暖心！並且大晚上一直陪着我們把問題圓滿解決了再走！再次感謝前台和經理的熱情接待！
酒店雖是新裝修，但完全沒有異味，帶着孩子住也特別放心，這點特別加分。整體體驗下來，比較滿意，下次來還會選這裏的！
