G’day! I am from Australia. Amazing and exciting accommodation exoerience with this newly opened hotel (opened in 2024). Excellent layout with spacious bedroom and lounge area. I am deeply impressed by many details offered by this hotel, such as a modern toilet (automatic flushing system, night light and smart toilet seat), complimentary fruit, biscuits, water, and motorised curtain. Washing machines and dryers on the second floor *free service* (the staff can deliver your laundry to your room; remember to leave your room number!) Free porridge is offered from 9:00pm to 10:00pm (can’t remember the exact time, though, please check with the staff). The hotel receptionists are polite and friendly. There are plenty of books and seats in the lobby where you can read/borrow while waiting for your buddies or family. Good value for money, clean and comfortable, good service. Will come back. Happy to recommend ZhangJiaJie Tianmen Mountain Guanli Road Atour Hotel!

I have always been a fan of this hotel chain and always try to stay here when I get a chance. I was so happy to see they have multiple locations at Zhangjiajie! The rooms are very spacious clean, and I had a beautiful view of Tianmen Mountain! There was also a super big tv which was nice to watch after long days of sightseeing. Each day the room was cleaned and stocked up with water, snacks, and tea. This location is super good as it’s directly in front of the central bus station that can take you to the avatar mountains. It is also a 10 minute walk to the cable car so it’s so easy to visit any place here. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the railway station, and 25 minutes to the high-speed train station. The breakfast was very nice and also at 9:30 to 11 PM. They have a nice late night snack meal prepared between 21:30-23:00 (congee and steamed buns).

First time staying in Atour hotel. The room design is simple and elegant. Like it so much that we decided to cancel the booking on other premises in my subsequent destinations. Overall experience in Atour brand is impressive. This brand will be my first choice whenever I visit the country again.

All are good especially the reading area and breakfast. Only room size slightly smaller and near to traffic where easily wakeup by HORN from vehicles.

It was my first time to travel to Zhangjiajie. I saw a newly opened hotel on Trip.com and booked it without hesitation. During check-in in the lobby, the weather was a bit cold in December, and the front desk enthusiastically served hot tea. After getting the room card, I entered the room, which was very clean and comfortable. The room I stayed in faced the mountain view. I could see Tianmen Mountain and the ropeway which was amazing. The detail of having a sensor light under the bed to go to the bathroom at night was also great. The hotel has a free laundry service, and the staff will wash and dry it before sending it to the room. It is a great time saver for frequent travelers like me. The breakfast buffet is very rich, including tofu curd, soy milk, the famous Hunan rice noodles and various local stir-fries. There seems to be a porridge buffet at 9pm. If you order a takeaway during your stay, the robot will automatically deliver it to your room. Overall, my experience in this hotel these days has been very good. The hotel hardware and equipment are very new and clean. The hotel staff are very polite and take the initiative to greet the guests. The dishes in the restaurant buffet are very fresh and delicious. I will still stay here next time I come to Zhangjiajie. Choose this hotel.

The service is efficient. A disposable razor was delivered immediately when needed. The room is large and well ventilated. The quilt is soft and the pillow is very comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioning is very strong. There is free WIFI. There are many flavors for breakfast, and there are also Zhangjiajie specialty rice noodles. There are many choices for food. Fruit bread and coffee are all delicious. Xiaoyue and Aozhao are also very good service

The new hotel is really nice. I am also an Atour member and have always stayed at Atour. The breakfast is also very good and delicious. The flight back to Zhangjiajie was too late, so I stayed for one night. The transportation is convenient.

It was a great experience staying at this newly opened Atour Hotel! The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the entrance of the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, making it a very suitable starting point for a trip to Zhangjiajie. What surprised me most was the white tiger guardian pendant given by the hotel, which is both practical and culturally meaningful. It gave me a deeper understanding of Tujia culture. The hotel service is also very thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. In short, I am very satisfied and highly recommend it to friends who come to Zhangjiajie for travel!

The hotel has an elegant environment and exquisite decoration. The flower arrangement at the front desk is particularly beautiful and artistic. Xiaoju and Xiaoyu provide very good service and explain the route clearly. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable, especially the pillow. The hotel is also equipped with a gym and laundry room, which is very convenient. There is also a self-service printer in the lobby, as well as tea. It is very friendly to people on business trips and pays attention to details. The food is also very delicious, with local specialty rice noodles, freshly ground coffee milk, etc., with a rich variety. The service is impeccable, which makes me feel warm like going home. I will choose here next time.
