Zhangjiajie Tianmen Night Language Hotel (Tianmenshan Cableway Station) Reviews

This hotel was great. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are big. Everything is very clean and in the good condition. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. The only thing to improve is the WiFi, which did not work sometimes. But we would still recommend it without a doubt. They do not offer breakfast on the hotel but they are located on a street with many options available for coffee and breakfast. Also is next to the zhangjiajie railway station and only 20 min away by taxi from zhangjiajie railway West Station.

Rest: The air conditioning works very well, but you can hear the noise of airplanes. The curtains do not close completely because they are sagging, so light comes in in the morning. Room: The bed has an old mattress, the pillow is extra thin, the sheets are torn, and the bathroom faucets are partially broken. From the window, you can see the cableway passing by. Cleanliness: The floor is clean, but the shower screen has stains. WiFi: Not used. Breakfast: None. Location: Close to the bus and train stations in the city center. Notes: The entrance to the hotel is quite off-putting. You enter through one of the multiple accesses to a large, shabby building. The elevator is rusty and old, with peeling paint. On the seventh floor, you walk to the end of the hallway to find the front desk. Despite the entrance, the room itself was clean and matched the price we paid. The most striking thing is a sign on the back of the room door that prohibits pornography, ********, and *****. The front desk staff does not speak English, but they are very willing to help with everything we needed.

There was a lot of noise around the hotel due to renovation, so I wasn't able to relax. Room was big, but the bed was really hard!

The rooms are relatively large, the facilities are relatively new, and it is clean and tidy. It is just not easy to find.

The hotel is located in the square of Zhangjiajie Railway Station (not the high-speed railway station), with the bus station downstairs. The hotel is on the 7th floor of the building. The elevator on the left goes to the 7th floor for check-in. The room size is higher than expected, and the cable car can be seen from the window. The Tianmen Mountain Cableway station is about 2 kilometers away from the hotel by taxi, and you can walk about 1 kilometer on the shortcut (walk straight across the avenue opposite the cableway station to Guanli Road, where Master Hu’s three pots are, and then go through the backyard, and you are basically there).

The room is nice, on a high floor, facing south, and the room is exposed to the sun all day long. Washed clothes can be easily dried by hanging them in the room. The Tianmen Mountain scenic spot is beautiful. You will know how beautiful it is only when you climb to the entrance of Tianmen Cave.

The room is very large and comfortable. Zhangjiajie Bus Station is downstairs. It is very convenient to go to Wulingyuan Scenic Area and Tianmen Mountain. It is highly recommended and has a high cost performance ratio.

You can see the Tianmen Mountain Ferry Terminal outside the room window. The store is hygienic and clean, with complete facilities, good lighting from the windows, and toilet mats in the bathroom. I will definitely stay at your hotel next time I come to Zhangjiajie.
