I recently stayed at the Berman Hotel (Zhanjiang Dingsheng Plaza, Seaside Park) while visiting Zhanjiang, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every interaction was friendly and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I was impressed by how well-maintained everything was. After a long day of exploring the city, it was the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic breakfast. There was a wide selection of delicious options, both local and international, catering to different tastes. It really gave me a great start to my day. Overall, the Berman Hotel offers a delightful experience with its friendly atmosphere, top-notch service, and attention to detail. Parking is convenient and the room is huge. Very satisfied. A family with a lot of luggage needs a large room like this. The bed is a bit hard, maybe I'm not used to it. The temperature was not high on the day we checked in, but luckily the air conditioner was able to heat the room. Everyone must choose a hotel with heating. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and filling. The girl at the front desk was very nice. We arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening. After driving all day, we were lucky to meet the girl with a good service attitude. Because the room only came with two meal coupons, she saw that we were bringing a child and gave one more as a gift. Thank you young lady. No pictures were taken, it’s the same as the Ctrip pictures. Zhanjiang shrimp cakes are delicious.

I was tired after a long drive, so I asked for a quieter room. The girl at the front desk helped upgrade the room for free. It was spacious and comfortable, hygienic and clean, the air conditioning was quiet, and it was cost-effective. The ticket card at the front desk also introduced the distance and travel time to restaurants and attractions near the hotel, which was very considerate. It is very close to the old street, so you can walk around to eat when you are full. There are not many parking spaces, but the security guard will guide and arrange parking spaces. Special thumbs up to the girl at the front desk on the night of the 5th👍. The car was scratched by a passing electric car. The little girl was very cooperative and helped to deal with it. I added chicken legs to the little girl🍗🍗🍗

Affordable, the room is very clean and the transportation is convenient, especially the attitude of the young lady the day before yesterday was very good, a very good stay.

The front desk lady is good and polite, and the room is clean and hygienic. The big mattress sleeps very comfortably. When I sleep, I wake up naturally. The whole person is 100 times more energetic.
