第二次入住了，衞生，環境和景觀都不錯，樓下和附近吃的店很多，有車位可以直上公寓，管家發的定位和現場的位置有點出入，我第一次找了一會兒，這次駕輕就熟，很快就找到了地庫們入口。這次住的房間衞生間有一點反味。其它的都滿意

公寓酒店位置很好，靠近商業中心和風味小食街，房間位於高層，享受海景城景。桔子酒店就在同一大廈和入口，感受高端酒店的體驗。

衞生：整體還是蠻乾淨的
設施：屋內設施挺齊全的，衹是隔音不是特別的好，遇見隔壁剛好是熊孩子就有點廢廢的

房間不錯，裝修乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，住的很舒服也很開心，服務非常好，在桔子酒店的門臉進電梯就可以啦，軟件設施遠大於硬件設施，是能讓人感覺非常美好的一家酒店式公寓，外面吃的東西也很多，總之就是都很好！

就整體來説都不好！
房間就不太乾淨，都不想洗澡，樓道間還有房門上到處都是小卡片，隔音無！旁邊房間打電話我這房間聽到非常清楚。
然後服務也不好，就是讓你感覺這個服務還不如不服務，直接發個密碼給我自助入住就好了。
酒店辦理入住是在21層，然後房間是在23層，我們還要先到21層給身份證再等電梯到23層。就這些完全都可以自助操作了，真沒必要費時費力。然後還要我直接付給民宿停車費15元。這個操作我也確實沒見過。
湛江的寵物友好酒店非常少，我帶了寵物所以選擇太少，入住後感受是真的不推薦！
