打掃衞生沒打掃好，一入住，床是亂的，沙發是亂的，衹能説，除了地理位置好，其他都很一般，空調開了等於沒開，熱還是熱，廁所壁掛有一邊沒螺絲，壁掛是歪的。另外我還是第一次看到酒店民宿是沒有配水的。説2點入住還真就是提前一分鐘你都進不去，因為小程序衹有2點正才給你發密碼，不然怎麼樣都是進不去房間的。床一邊也有一點塌，而且因為床墊太軟，但凡睡覺的一個人輕輕翻一下身，整個床都會搖一下，以後來湛江不會再訂這裏了。

怕朋友摔倒我洗完澡還要把地拖了
説好改房型要退按金
然後就不回微信了

房子挺大的，可能時間有點長了，在商場上面，投影機需要維修了，牀板有點硬，服務回覆挺快的，入住也很詳細，200不到的住房還2間算可以了
