這次預訂這家酒店是為了來參加考試的，酒店離考點很近，走路幾分鐘就能到,設施設備完善，房間乾淨整潔。由於到達酒店的時間比較晚，提前電話和服務人員説明瞭情況,店家就幫忙留了房間到凌晨，服務人員很熱情，指引很耐心，有早餐券贈送。早餐品種豐富可口，好評!

房間很寬敞，設施齊全，也新凈，特別洗手間的熱水洗澡很舒服。床單被罩乾淨衞生，隔音較好，旅途疲勞可以睡上舒服覺。關鍵還有地理位置好，很近湛江西站，附近還有非遺文化街，寸金橋公園。點贊。老闆娘很熱情，我們一家人都滿意。

中年前台直接就給了我們一間最差的房間！板頂上放着讓人心臟跟着砰砰跳的大設備的噪音房！後下換到四樓同一房型仍然聽得到機器設備的巨大轟鳴聲，並且樓板極不隔音，樓上客人各種撞擊聲都聽得一清二楚。設施不好服務更差！設備噪音讓我們心跳得慌睡不着衹得換房，整理客房的***一進門就劈頭蓋臉罵我們把房間整得好亂，難道睡過的房間還能保持原樣？我們給她解釋是樓板上的設備聲讓我們心臟受不了23點過了那麼晚了一家人都沒睡着，她還強詞奪理説曾住過這間房的客人咋沒有聽到，我們氣極了説衹要不是聾子躺在床上都聽得見！第二天我拿孩子的那張早餐券問可不可以給孩子打點包，被生硬拒絕，有早餐券為什麼不能舀點稀飯拿袋子裝一個雞蛋和一個花捲？如果不是荒郊野外沒有吃的賣，還真瞧不起這家的早餐。其他客人説都是冷冰冰的，餐廳大姐氣勢洶洶地懟回去説她五點鐘就起來做早飯要十點了還有不冷的。既然還提供早餐，也沒有幾樣吃的，把主要的幾樣熱一熱有好難嗎？還是聘請有服務意識、文質彬彬的年輕人吧。這些大媽、大姐是祖宗，誰想找氣受就請住這家店吧。
