可以説是最棒的酒店體驗感之一，雖感覺不論是服務還是設施，都是四星➕以上酒店，但真的經濟實惠啊，早餐非常非常棒，粉面餛飩加西試，應有盡有，前台也好，樓層也罷，服務員、經理都熱忱服務。太棒了，為酒店從下及下的管理點超級大大的贊。

酒店不錯，衞生環境都很好，早餐也豐盛，就是服務還有待改進，細緻一點就完美了。比如我沒下單之前諮詢了説能加床，諮詢完我果斷下單，結果入住手續辦理完，出去吃飯時説加了床但沒被子，當時我們就着急了，堅持得有被子，回到酒店直接問前台説被子是否加，前台説沒有加，我們打算給攜程反饋這事情，結果攜程電不知為何沒有人工客服，我們打算到樓上拿行李，回到房子，發現加的床上有被子。
入住酒店兩天，感覺酒店還是很不錯的，邊上是一個公園，公園邊上又是金沙灣，如果你想安靜又舒適這個酒店是不錯的選擇，因為金沙灣附近太熱鬧。酒店有些細節還是很好，早上有服務人員主動又送兩瓶水，讓人還是感覺很暖心的。酒店衞生間有簡易晾衣繩，有智能馬桶，有專門放手機的小枱麪。這些都很人性化。所以，如果象加床加被子這類事情做的細緻一點那就是100分的酒店了。

春節的湛江人多，因為這次一行18人，其中帶了8個老年人，所以很早我們就開始選酒店，一要出入方便，二要附近方便就餐，三要房間空間大。在眾多酒店中選擇了銀灣，事後證明這是這次湛江行最正確的決定。因為老年人有拜年的習俗，要熱鬧，預訂部的小陳全程幫我們安排房型，提供很有價值的建議。熱情周到，直到入住當天都在幫我們協調房間，協調樓層。再次特別感謝！提前幫我們需要的機麻放進套房，當天客房部的工作人員還幫忙調試，特別感謝，讓長者們度過了熱鬧且很愉快的大年三十！在此再次感謝客房部的工作人員（因為太忙忘記問那邊調試的工作人員姓名）。另外還要感謝前台經理，因為有一位長者腿腳不便，我們在前台借用了輪椅，前台經理也是很熱情幫我們調試，再次感謝!

位置非常好，帶孩子自駕海南過年，年前路過湛江住一晚，房間寬敞明亮，床很舒服， 價格很合適，年後從海南迴來，再訂他家就漲到1000多，春峯出行訂他家太合適了
