前台那個穿黑衣服短髮的年輕姑娘跟大爺一樣，不知道怎麼能做前台的，自始至終一個笑臉沒見到就算了，房間插卡不通電，打電話説明情況後回覆我們“稍等一下”然後啪的掛了電話，我們都懵了，等什麼？你讓人過來還是一會兒回我們電話？給個解釋耽誤你時間了？幾分鐘後她上來，冷冰冰給又插了張卡轉臉走了，第一次見這種，一句抱歉沒有解釋沒有打聲招呼沒有好像我們麻煩了她？因為要喝中葯沖劑我打電話問有沒有一次性杯子能不能送過來幾個，直接來一句“你自己直接下來拿吧”就掛了，哪怕解釋一句沒有人手都讓人心裏舒服點，這樣的人是怎麼培訓上崗的？住酒店去看你臉色？太無語了。 還有，什麼手磨咖啡歡迎茶水，沒見到。倒不稀罕這點東西，既然沒有，就不要列出來説是什麼特色項目了吧。

首先前台服務真的很好 ，其次房間挺好的，也很乾凈。真的蠻不錯
