房間給免費升級了，我訂的房間不含早餐，還送了酒廊的早餐和下午茶，入住挺滿意的，現在過來的話户外小花園還有燒烤，挺不錯的選擇

之前評價提到的一些問題，很快引起了酒店管理層的重視，酒店值班經理Echo聯繫了我，並且一一提供了對應解決方案，首先是態度非常好，有同理心也很有耐心，然後很有效率。之後若再到鄭州的話也會很有興趣，再次入住酒店。
所以結論就是，服務行業，最主要的也是第一位的，是服務質量，同時建議管理層瞭解和學習一下SERVQUAL模型，它是衡量服務質量的工具，國際通用模型，有：有形性、可靠性、響應速度、信任度和移情性五個維度，因為不見得次次客訴都有一位能乾的經理能夠力挽狂瀾，還應切實從這幾個方面提升服務質量，提高顧客的滿意度。祝酒店越來越好，生意興隆！

當年雷迪森酒店曾是杭州武林廣場的地標建築，後來因譯名問題改為麗笙，我一直對這個品牌有點情懷，因為離父母住所比較近，幾次來鄭州都住這裏；但是服務較之前差太多，酒店的洗漱用品質量也太差（牙刷很廉價，掉毛，不如快捷酒店），感覺這裏主要接待會議旅行團，所以對個人普通客户服務沒有那麼好；本來懶得寫評價，不想給差評，但是剛剛前台的一些話術和做法最終激怒了我；
1. 5月5日晚臨近12點，內線撥前台電話、叫早以及用手機數次撥打酒店電話都沒有人接（並非酒店前台搪塞的線路故障，線路沒有故障，正常電話聲音，就是沒有人接），後來我比較較真，內線撥打緊急電話才被接通；如果其他顧客遇緊急突發事件，酒店不及時迴應，後果不敢想象，希望酒店員工增加責任心，起碼要接電話；
2.攜程下單，因為中間去少林寺，不確定具體回程時間，所以住了三天，實際下了三個訂單，攜程每個訂單都顯示房間可延長到14點退房，房型升級，以及贈送水果；衹有第二晚是按時送的水果，水果質量也不怎麼樣，橙子一看就是放了很久的；5月8日諮詢前台，回覆已經送了一次，之後沒有，但我三個訂單顯示的是，每天房型升級，每天都可延長到14點退房，每天都贈送水果，明顯能感覺到對攜程用户的不友好；
3.酒店6層樓道漏水，地上放一個水盆，從5月5日晚入住到現在5月8日，一直在滴答滴答，酒店不考慮修一下嗎？
4.衞生打掃的並不乾淨，不銹鋼上的水漬一直清晰可見，之前衹是想誰都難免疏漏，也不想和酒店發生矛盾，所以未和前台提及，這些天一直臟兮兮的如此，感覺評級和實際不太相符；
5.前台的一位男性客服，説話態度很好，溝通也很高效，為表達歉意，5月6日給我開通了一些酒店其他服務，所以我本不想給差評，但是今天早晨遇到的種種讓我非常不滿意，所以還是寫了這個差評；我來前台確認我的卡權限是不是到14點，前台説是到12點，但是酒店可以幫我延到14點，我覺得實事求是説就好了，本來是攜程平台預訂提供的增值服務，你酒店用不着這樣裝好人，實話實説就行了；
6.而且服務人員很不注意顧客説話提及的訊息，我都已經説了，自己要休息，就跟故意似的，還是撥打電話吵醒我（客房裡的電話鈴聲太大了，建議你們調小些），最終讓我非常憤怒，不給你寫這個差評，真的對不起你們的服務！

咱就説五一期間699訂的親子房，房間是大的，酒店位置也不錯，停車位充足，但是！親子房裡有扇門，是打不開的，給前台打電話，前**氣很驚訝的問：是房間裏有個門打不開嗎？得到肯定答覆後，顯然前台並不知曉此事，説讓客房服務人員幫忙看下。過了一會兒，一個搞衞生的大姐敲門，沒等我開口，她就説了句：那是我們放雜物的房間。門打不開，沒有鑰匙。***，原來你們是在客人的房間裏放雜物的？還沒有鑰匙，沒有鑰匙你們怎麼放雜物？是不是當客人是**？？？？那明明應該是次衞！是因為房間大，又是親子房，留有專門給小童用的次衞生間！！！你們就是為了少收拾一個衞生間的衞生，故意把門鎖了不讓用！晚上起夜還要去外屋的主衞上廁所！！！！！還號稱五星，吃像也太難看了點吧！！！德不配位
