The hotel was nice, the foyer, the and front desk were clean. The checkin took a little longer than we would have liked because I’m guessing we were foreigners so they had a little difficulty. Nevertheless ladies tried their best to handle it and were super kind.
The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay for sure!
It took about 28 minutes to get into the city area but it was fine for us.

這個酒店空調是用柴油的，那個空調一晚上咚咚咚咚根本沒辦法睡覺，還有蚊子🦟很多，那個小冰箱的燈光照這，在加上空調是用，燒柴油的，咚咚咚咚咚，吃安眠葯的沒辦法睡覺

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！從踏入酒店大堂開始，工作人員就熱情接待，辦理入住迅速高效。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。洗漱用品品質高級，還有貼心準備的歡迎水果和小零食。早餐種類超豐富，中西式都有，味道也很棒。位置便利，周邊購物餐飲都方便，下次來還會選擇這裏！

房間很好 很大很乾凈，前台戴眼鏡的小姑娘服務也很好，入住房間送水果和小零食，冰箱裏麪的物品是免費的，停車也是免費，周邊設施也還行，下次來還會入住

從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店！
1.被誤導以為雷迪森酒店，到了才發現是打了擦邊球，很容易誤導消費者！
2.噪音響得可怕，整夜沒睡好。空調聲音堪比拖拉機，隔音效果非常感人，夜裡11點以及早上7點能非常清晰地聽到隔壁播放電視的聲音，以視頻為證！
3.衞生堪憂，照片不多，衹有浴室打開水龍頭那一瞬間，濕答答的手去打開開關居然是有泡泡的，着實讓人受不了。
4.晚上這個燈是關不掉的，像微弱的射燈光。
5.凌晨十二點以及12點半有人敲門，第一次已經睡着被吵醒，第二次好不容易將要睡着，都被吵醒，嚇得心臟受不了，小孩子也是被驚醒，我想很有可能就是酒店衹給一張卡，導致客人衹能敲門進去，但是非常影響其他客人的睡眠，這一晚衹睡了四個小時。
由於五一去岱山的路非常堵，所以臨時決定在鎮海入住，但是孩子非常困了，衹能睡下。沒想到遇到這麼差的酒店，不知道攜程是怎麼審核這樣的酒店的。這種酒店還不如200塊的旅館😭😭

前台服務態度惡劣，礦泉水超過2瓶收費，大床升級衹能是雙床 本身我定的就是雙床 停車場車位夠 住宿環境還可以 主要是前台服務囂張有惡劣 升級房型要收按金 不好評不退按金 這是幹什麼呢 強買強賣第一次遇到如此惡劣前台 另外停車費給了票還ETC扣款

酒店位置臨街，前台服務人員服務熱情!酒店旁邊有公交車站，離（鎮海大道慈海）地鐵站5號線有2分鐘左右路程!離機場有27公里左右。酒店樓下有停車場，還可以給電車充電!酒店室內環境乾淨衞生，並且洗手間乾濕分離!枕頭為零壓力枕，枕着很舒服!充電口有通用usb，還有Type-c口，蠻方便的!還有小冰箱有免費送的2瓶小飲料!中式早餐有麪條，餛飩，時令炒菜，西式早餐有咖啡，蔬菜沙拉，培根，西式糕點!每天傍晚十分有服務人員送上精美小食茶點!
