They sent us back to the room to rest, washed and dried the clothes for us, and went directly to pick them up the next morning and packed them in bags for us. The person who knew we were going to Huangguoshu Scenic Area said that the hotel had a special car to pick us up and arranged it for us. He was really not too attentive. I went to the car to get something, and when I passed by the front desk, I mentioned that there was no heating in the room. It was too cold. After returning to the room, the central air conditioner turned on the heating... I was really speechless. In winter, room heating is a basic requirement. Since this room is opened for guests to live in, it must be ensured that it can meet the basic needs. If this heating issue is not mentioned, will it not be provided? ! It is indeed the off-season, so it is understandable to save costs, but it is really outrageous to not provide heating for the rooms that have already been occupied. Fortunately, we thought it was too late and it was so cold, so we didn't want to disturb the front desk, so we didn't complain in the middle of the night.
