This is the first negative review for Ctrip in many years.
I arrived at the hotel very late, around 11 o'clock in the evening. When I got to the room, my first impression was that it was very cost-effective and the environment was not bad. I took photos and wanted to recommend it.
Because the weather was cold, the first thing I did was to turn on the central air conditioner and started waiting. It still didn’t warm up. I thought it might be too cold and the heating was slow, so I continued waiting. In the meantime, I ordered takeout, ate, and packed up. It was already past 1 a.m. , it felt even colder. I tried the air outlet but there was no wind... Because it was too late, I thought it might be broken, so I didn't ask to change rooms. The bath water is also cold, a little above body temperature.
The next day, I woke up early and found that the water was hot. Then I realized that the boiler was probably turned off at night. Hotels in the off-season are overly energy-saving, so I thought the central air conditioner might not be turned on at all, so I took a video. I went to the car to get something, and when I passed by the front desk, I mentioned that there was no heating in the room. It was too cold. After returning to the room, the central air conditioner turned on the heating... I was really speechless.
In winter, room heating is a basic requirement. Since this room is opened for guests to live in, it must be ensured that it can meet the basic needs. If this heating issue is not mentioned, will it not be provided? ! It is indeed the off-season, so it is understandable to save costs, but it is really outrageous to not provide heating for the rooms that have already been occupied. Fortunately, we thought it was too late and it was so cold, so we didn't want to disturb the front desk, so we didn't complain in the middle of the night.
One more thing, there is a bag left by the previous guest in the closet. I took a picture. There is a problem with the room cleaning. I hope it will be cleaned more carefully in the future.
