As hotels go this a nice one plenty of things to see and do around the place shops and food close at had but one let down the restaurant wasn't open for the guests to use but otherwise a good place to stay helpful staff that put up with my bad chinese and happy to help

鄭州出差，下飛機就能免費接送，出行很方便。前台小姐姐服務很好，大廳裏增加了很多免費 的東西，還增加了機器人送物，體驗感一下提開了很多， 下次來還住沃金大酒店。

酒店乾淨衞生，房間很大，酒店環境很好，服務好得很，前台很專業，服務態度棒棒噠，還有小零食，還有水果，真的很暖心的一個酒店，商圈很熱鬧，有車接送，有車接送，有車接送，房間大得很…….贊一個………….

前台服務態度差的要命！難怪沒什麼人住！訂好票才知道還定了酒店，打電話問前台接機，説是落地了才聯繫，因為是一個人不想要雙床，且訂單裏提示大床雙床二選一，我提前一天聯繫你前台的，告知了我的需求，還是要補差價換房，我不要接送機也不行，態度還不好！酒店大廳挺漂亮，房間挺大，裏面的消耗品也基本齊全，就是床品不好，床單被罩都是洞還有洗不掉的污漬，本來住一晚也沒事，可前台的服務讓人無語，第二天趕緊換個酒店。
