環境不錯，宮廷風的裝飾很高大上，一共有三樓外面有花園吃飯，開會都可以在這裡有10張床。還可以加地鋪，外面還可以燒烤 朋友們都很喜歡。非常得好走，很方便，停車適合團隊或者學生團聚會之類的性價比也很高，屋裡裝修的非常有特點，還有夕陽燈適合拍照，娛樂項目，也很多次集體消遣的好地方，推薦

萊聚轟趴別墅。團建選擇了轟趴館，一公司的人都過來管理玩挺開心的房間很大位置也很好找設備很齊全，有麻將房桌球，KTV威爾等等很適合團建燒烤，整體房間很不錯，周邊環境很類似推薦。停車也很方便，很適合拍照 位置在錦綉海灣城 別墅區[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

我很認真的評價喲別墅，在小區裏面環境就不用説了，賊好阿姨服務態度也很好。別墅又大又漂亮的，很適合**，發朋友圈兒，關鍵是裏面設備娛樂特別齊全，想玩什麼都行，又大又漂亮的。每次朋友過生日，或者是團建都會推薦，他們來這裏又能燒烤又z能打麻將，KTV 幾十個人玩的不亦説乎 乾淨整齊

絕絕子。超喜歡這個別墅呀，我都沒有住過別墅 別墅，拍照絕了 裏面可以做飯，有廚房很大的廚房還有唱歌的KTV房音質很好，而且一直可以免費擦廚房裡麪還有冰箱鍋碗什麼都有應有盡有，到處都是空調，跟小夥伴們一起玩桌球麻將太爽了。房子超級大，停車也特別方便。很適合團隊轟趴，真的超讚房東人很好，幫忙準備食材，燒烤爐。超大的別墅體驗感棒棒的想轟趴的團隊，可以考慮這裏。強烈推薦。房東還送了啤酒喲。

這一次是第二次光顧了很多設備環境已經更新了設備比較齊全⁽⁽ଘ（ ˙꒳˙ ）ଓ⁾⁾，環境也不錯，還是那麼整潔，乾淨，每次跟小夥伴出來團建都非常的開心，很nice 房子超級大，我們每次20多個人都可以睡得下整體感覺非常棒，KTV音響也非常好，下次團建還選這家。😊😊😊

朋友過生日想一羣朋友一起聚一下，考慮了很久最後選擇了這家別墅來聚會-中山萊聚轟趴聚會別墅。
🚗 交通：萊聚轟趴館位於中山的錦綉海灣城，位置很好找，交通也很便利，附近有停車位停車很方便。
🧹衞生：別墅內裝修很新，衞生也很乾凈床單，被套也都是新換的，而且別墅內洗漱用品也很齊全，自己都不用再攜帶什麼了。
🍃環境：小區內環境很好，別墅內裝修也很高大上，而且娛樂設施也很多，有唱歌房，桌球桌，遊戲機，桌遊等，在這裏都能找到自己喜歡的娛樂方式，都玩的很開心，還約了下次有空再一起過來。而且別墅內是有廚房的，還有燒烤架可以燒烤。我們一羣朋友聚會不想出去吃，就買了些菜一起煮飯，燒烤，味道還不錯而且比在外面吃乾淨。大家在這裏都玩的很開心還約了下次有空再一起過來。
🔔服務：管家人很好，遇到問題聯繫他的話會及時回覆，而且很有耐心。我們過來的時候點歌機聲音有點問題，聯繫管家，他很耐心的詢問我們是出現了什麼問題，瞭解清楚後就告訴我們是什麼原因，原來是有一個開關沒打開才會這樣，並告訴我們怎麼來調，很快就調好了。
在這裏的體驗不錯，大家都玩的很開心，性價比也很高，以後聚會都會來這裏。

大冷天都沒辦法阻止大家來玩別墅的決心 別墅很不錯，車位特別充足，我們八輛車都能停得下，在別墅裏面吃吃燒烤唱唱k打麻將啊，玩遊戲設施方面都是配套的。不用花任何額外的費用，全程店長都在很貼心的，幫我們解決問題也沒有什麼太大問題。推薦
