The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and one of them even offered to help with our luggage. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. While breakfast was simple, I still really enjoyed it.

It's quite annoying to pay a high premium during holidays, but thankfully, the owner proactively upgraded our room type, and the sea view soothed that displeasure. The lobby is on the hotel's top floor, with all guest rooms located below. This guesthouse boasts a uniquely advantageous location, facing the Crowne Plaza across the sea, both overlooking the central fishing harbor. The price difference really comes down to the renovation costs and the guest experience gap between a five-star hotel and a guesthouse; those who've stayed will understand. The common areas of the guesthouse are a bit run-down and hot. The best way to enjoy it is to stay in your room, gaze at the sea view, relax, and enjoy the air conditioning. The screen-mirroring TV offers hundreds of channels, so there's no need to worry about boredom. The bay view is mesmerizing and calming. It would be even better if the windows were cleaner and the housekeeping staff were a bit quieter, haha.

The blindly selected B&B was successfully opened and the experience was great! I used to always stay in B&Bs, but my stay at Xiaduo changed my stereotype of B&Bs! The room was exactly the same as in the photos. I remembered that I was already sleeping on the bed when I wanted to take pictures, so I didn’t take any pictures. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. When we entered, the boss would take out slippers for us to change into before entering, so the entire guest area was very clean. There was also a light sandalwood scent from the entire public area to the room, which was very comfortable. The B&B also provides free pick-up and drop-off, as long as you communicate in advance. Because the weather was cold and rainy, the landlady was very considerate and told us not to wait outside and to wait until the bus arrived before going out. After the boss lady and brother sent us to the B&B, he heard that we had not eaten yet and wanted to eat, so he sent us to the place to eat without saying anything. This service is simply 👍 The next day, the boss lady knew that it was our first time to go to Mount Putuo and she specially explained to us the history of Mount Putuo and a route on how to worship. The boss’ brother also made a special explanation ppt. Although I didn’t successfully open it that day, I still felt it. It’s down to their intentions. I only stayed for one night this time and felt that it was not enough. I will choose Xiado if I go to Putuo Mountain in the future!

The room is in a community, managed by a special person, there is a large parking lot for free parking, close to the Cangzhi Wharf, next to the Guanyin Law Scenic Area.
