A bad experience. Check-in was a disaster because the staff is not trained to handle foreigners' documents. They delayed us by 90 minutes, sending us to a police station that wasn't even open. Our evening was ruined. Otherwise at this property: The sea view is average at best. The fitness center was well-equipped, but does not open until 10AM, which is ridiculously late. The amenities in the room were average at best. Breakfast was average.

Second time to stay at this lovely seaside Hotel. It has a European feeling to it as the lobby is like a library and living room combined. It’s right on the ocean. Awesome for morning and evening walks hardly crowded beach. Combined the trip with business and that worked out well. The breakfast is very good and for only 68 rmb. I look forward to to my 3rd stay soon

My first time staying at Atour Check-in first, and he asked me to get a room with a window on the 2nd floor. Actually, I didn’t care about it, but the happiest thing was that he took the initiative to upgrade a room for me to a room with a window on the 5th floor🥳👍 The entrance is super clean and big. My favorite thing is the toilet with dry and wet separation. Breakfast is on the 12th floor. You can have seafood breakfast in the restaurant. There are many choices for breakfast and you have to eat well🤤,  There was a surprise when I checked out. The front desk staff were all very polite. They actually gave us a small gift. So I will highly recommend it to my friends. I will definitely recommend it to my friends next time I go to Zhuhai. I will book this room back

If you bring your kids to Zhuhai, you must stay at this hotel!!! 🏖️First choice, the beach is across the road, and the sea and sand are the paradise for kids. Borrow for free at the front desk (remember to return it! 🎡There is a small ocean ball park on the first floor, and the children are all very friendly! 🥃The lobby water bar and book bar are suitable for parents to relax and work, just don't let the children go out of the hotel door! And there are many varieties of free tea... 🥙There are all kinds of restaurants around, very close! 🌁Some rooms can see the beach or heliport! The room area is also very large, and the children will not feel cramped at all. They also have a lot of fun in the room!!! 🥗The buffet breakfast is also very rich, there is always one suitable for our children! 😇There is no need to praise the service industry in Guangdong Province! Meticulous perfection is the foundation, and enthusiasm is the killer! Next time, lock in this one! (The child should add that the hotel lobby decoration is very beautiful)

The room is very good, the location is perfect, there is a beach swimming pool right outside, you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, it is not far from the Zhuhai Fisher Girl Statue and the Sun and Moon Shell, you can also borrow sand play tools at the front desk, the service is perfect, I will choose this place next time

The transportation around the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the seaside. The surrounding attractions include Zhuhai Grand Theater, Love Post Office, Fisher Girl, etc. You can walk along the sidewalk by the sea after dinner. Although the hotel is not very luxurious, the ladies at the front desk are warm and hospitable, and try their best to meet the guests' requirements. They also prepare a hearty breakfast for the guests and deliver midnight snacks. The takeaway ordered by the guests is also delivered to the door by robots, which is safe and reliable. The room is bright, sanitary, and conveniently equipped. The three elderly people in my family are very satisfied. The lady at the front desk also gave a small gift before leaving. I will consider booking this hotel next time I come to Zhuhai!

I stayed at Chimelong Penguin Hotel first, and then at Atour Hotel. It was really a win, whether in terms of environment or food and beverage. The handsome guy at the front desk also gave me a guide to the Lovers' Road. I had a lot of fun at the beach opposite. I will stay at Atour on Lovers' Road when I come to Zhuhai in the future. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable! !

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is still the best value for money. The beautiful lobby, free drink bar and library, spacious and luxurious rooms and considerate equipment, coupled with the incomparable sea view, and the heart-warming porridge and noodles supper in the evening, make guests stay happy and forget to return. The buffet breakfast is better than ever This time there is improvement. The Cantonese restaurant downstairs has super delicious freshly made dim sum. This hotel is highly recommended and I will definitely come back next time.

The lobby guy and girl provided good service. They offered water when we arrived and when we left. Seeing that we were three people and the breakfast was not available every day, they also offered breakfast for three people. It was a really good experience! The hotel is located by the sea. The breakfast and supper restaurants can see the sea view. On one side, you can see the Love Guardian Tower and the Sun and Moon Shell, and on the other side, you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. It is also very close to the railway station and Gongbei Port, which is very convenient for travel and play!
