設施：酒店設施齊全，有自助洗衣房，掛燙機。
衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔沒有異味。
環境：房間裏的燈光柔和，一進門有家的感覺。
服務：前台小姐姐服務周到，態度好，怕水不夠還多給了我兩瓶。

熱水一直是鐵銹水，找人來看也還是鐵銹水，最後老闆説所有樓層都這樣，給爸媽、舅舅舅媽訂的，四位長者沒及時找我，要是當時就找我這事沒完，就這還連鎖酒店呢，配嗎，好意思嗎？一點不值得信任，推責、逃責第一名，315打假就該給推上去，欺負老頭老太太自己不臉紅嗎？咋的酒店就指硬件啊？服務不是同等重要麼？

房間乾淨明亮，床品和枕頭都非常舒服，洗澡水更舒服，水量很大，温度也很合適，不用怎麼調温度，前台服務也很好，一看就給人管理很好的感覺，希望能一直保持下去，下次去肯定還會住這裏。
