黑心商家，環境差，服務差，酒店是養老院改造的，1樓住着很多長者，2樓，3樓改成了酒店，一進去就有醫院哪種消毒水的味道，平時198的房費，一個清明節能漲到992，清明節跟朋友去看自貢等會，訂酒店時想着房費這麼貴，還是度假酒店可能環境服務都不會差到哪裡去，因半夜入住，一進去走廊兩邊都是醫院那種扶手，一進房間味道更大，櫃子都是破的發黴，牆紙也是發黴的，房間裏和馬桶邊都是呼叫器，不知道這樣的設施當時怎麼辦到營業執照，怎麼能夠繼續營業，負責的公務人員都是吃國家閑飯的。就這樣的設施還能繼續營業，不僅欺騙旅客，還繼續當養老院，這麼黑心賺長者的錢的。申報市場監管局讓退差價，老闆還不退錢。這種地方就該讓他歇業。

作為攜程老用户，這是非常糟糕的一次住宿體驗，地方偏僻，房間正準備改為康養中心，呼叫設備都安裝了，卻還在作為賓館營業。設施老舊，關鍵是隔音太差、極差，隔壁和走廊的聲音聽得清清楚楚，因為房間之間不是磚牆，估計就是普通木板隔斷。 如此差的設施，價格並不低，不是因為看燈會房間緊張，肯定不會選這裏。不推薦入住。

非常非常非常差！簡直是照騙！説起是度假酒店，實際就是養老院的病床房間！！床頭就是緊急呼叫鈴！床就是醫院的屬輸液床！價格還貴慘！一個普通週末！要三四百！簡直是照騙！大家不要來！！！

大家千萬不要預訂這家，網上的圖片太欺騙人了！設施：房間設施之差就和普通招待所一樣
衞生：毛巾又泛黒又薄完全不敢用，加的一床被子好大一股黴味是沒有洗過吧，早餐也是對面一家茶樓
最糟糕的是隔音之差樓梯和隔壁的噪音一清二楚，房間接近700一間不知道是誰給的勇氣，最氣憤的是提前2天預訂的房間，入住當天網上預訂價格還比提前預訂的便宜接近200，而且平時的價格最低才100多一晚，這春節漲價幅度簡直把人坑死，攜程太沒保障了！

房間寬敞明亮，安靜舒適，我睡覺喜歡安靜的地方，特別滿意。連住了五天，每天都主動打掃房間是真心的不錯，早餐也比較豐富。門口還有大型停車場，公司項目在附近的，團隊都住這裏，挺好。性價比高。

前台女的服務員不適合做這種工作，服務態度差，我是出差到自貢，8號入住，10號早晨8：00準備去早餐，外面下雨向前台借傘，半天沒反應，一會兒那個女服務員頭沒梳，穿着一雙拖鞋走過來很不耐煩開鎖拿了一把傘給我，我是10號下午退房到了富順，11號早晨10點我發現我的梳子和水果刀忘了拿還放在房間的，打電話過去本想問保潔看到沒有，我下午還有返回自貢去拿，一個女接電話很不耐煩説沒有，而且我還給她説了放的具體位置，也不知道那女的問沒問保潔就説沒得 ，本來我還想在那住一晚的，看到這麼糟糕的態度算了決定選擇其它酒店住了
