Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the Huashang Shopping Center, making shopping and getting around easy. "A group of friends and I decided to take a short trip together. Choosing accommodation was a bit of a challenge, as it allowed both adults to rest and children to play. This time, we stayed at the City Comfort Hotel, and everyone, including our family and friends, raved about it! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy, and they even proactively recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. They patiently and meticulously answered any questions we had, instantly easing the fatigue of our long drive. The lobby was spacious, bright, clean, and simply decorated, with a designated rest area and complimentary freshly ground coffee. Adults could relax and chat while waiting, and children could play freely in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned, bright, and free of dust and odors, making it a very safe and comfortable stay for families with children. The rooms were equipped with Sleemon brand mattresses, with a firmness suitable for all body types. Adults could relax and unwind after a long journey, while children slept soundly. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent, effectively blocking out footsteps in the hallways and traffic noise from the street, ensuring a quiet and private environment where the elderly and children could rest undisturbed. The room's air conditioning cools quickly, with a gentle and even airflow, maintaining a constant and comfortable room temperature without feeling stuffy or dry. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, is spotless with no standing water, and the faucet provides hot water at a constant temperature within three seconds of turning it on, eliminating long waits for children to wash up or for multiple people to take turns showering. The accompanying toiletries have a gentle floral and fruity fragrance, with mild ingredients that are gentle on the skin and safe for both adults and children. The entire house is equipped with smart home controls; lights, curtains, and air conditioning can be controlled by voice, saving you the trouble of moving around and making travel with children much easier. Overall, the facilities are comprehensive, the service is warm and attentive, and the hygiene is outstanding, offering excellent value for money. It's suitable for large groups of friends and family, or short family trips, and we will definitely choose this place again for future family outings."

"Our stay at the Zigong Huidong Hotel was a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The service provided by front desk lady Li Jiaxin was particularly commendable. She proactively and enthusiastically coordinated a room upgrade for us, offering an executive room upgrade. She also provided detailed information on nearby attractions, including the popular bridge and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. The room was clean and bright, with newly renovated modern amenities. The rooftop view offered sweeping city views. Even more surprising was the personalized service: not only were there complimentary late-night snacks, but refreshing drinks were also delivered to the room, instantly relieving the summer heat! When families checked in, the staff proactively inquired about their needs and were truly responsive. The location is impeccable, a 5-minute walk from the popular bridge and conveniently connected to the high-speed rail and the Lantern Festival shuttle bus. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zigong for the Lantern Festival! A special thank you to Li Jiaxin and the team for their thoughtful and thoughtful service, which made my trip full of surprises and touching moments!"

To be exaggerated, I could hear the neighbor turning over. Extremely bad service: I brought a one-and-a-half-year-old baby here with me. The baby was restless and had to turn around. I saw in the hotel brochure that there was a crib. When I asked the front desk, the young man at the front desk said indifferently that there was no crib. I asked if there were other cribs, such as bed rails, and he said directly. No, no, not at all. Finally, he impatiently said, "I'll think of a solution for you." Then he never called me back again. The hygiene is extremely poor: the carpet in the lobby is dirty. The socks in the children's playground where the children played were all black. I took a photo of the room when I checked in. The cold medicine bag from the previous guest was still there and had not been cleaned. . . . Final summary: This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Especially the service is unbelievable. It is not as comfortable as staying in more than 100 chain hotels before."

The staff are really friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel's cleanliness is also excellent, and the thoughtful notepads left for guests are a nice touch, showing they care about their visitors – definitely a thumbs up for that! The breakfast spread is quite good too; I highly recommend trying the noodles and rice noodles."

"We checked in at 11:00 am, and there were no lights in the hallway. Without a flashlight, I couldn't see my room number. The problem was, I finally got on the elevator and reached my floor, carrying my sleeping child. Oh my god, I couldn't see it at all. I had to go downstairs with my child to wait for someone. It was such a hassle. If the hallway lights aren't on, at least the room number lights should be on. This could be a real improvement!"
